Functions:
Conduct comprehensive prospect research using a wide range of biographical, organizational, and financial sources, including online databases, public records, and other reputable resources.
Prepare concise, high-level donor briefings and profiles for PCF leadership and Development staff.
Record and maintain donor biographies, ratings, and related research data in Raisers Edge to ensure accuracy and usability.
Assess prospective donors capacity, inclination, philanthropic history, and connections to PCF. Analyze complex information to identify gift capacity and provide clear recommendations to guide donor engagement strategies.
Provide administrative support to gift officers, including preparing donor lists, briefing materials, and other stewardship tasks.
Partner with gift officers, consultants, and Development leadership to share research findings, insights, and strategies. Support effective communication and coordination across the Development team to advance fundraising goals. Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.
Ensure donor data is secure and handled in compliance with organizational policies.
Stay current on best practices, tools, and trends in prospect research, prospect management, and the broader Development field. Always adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards established by PCF.
Maintain documentation of data research procedures and best practices.
Maintain knowledge and understanding of PCFs mission, programs, and fundraising needs and goals.

This postdoctoral position is funded by the Waverley Street Foundation and aims to train a new generation of public-facing and community-engaged scholars in climate equity, environmental justice (EJ), and environmental health.
We invite all applicants, especially those who come from and/or have experience in EJ-impacted communities. The postdoctoral scholar will participate in community-engaged data science training during which they would design, organize, and conduct advanced quantitative (statistical, spatial, etc.) analyses relevant to climate equity, environmental justice, and/or environmental health; translate complex data and analyses for mainstream audiences and decision-makers; publish both academic articles and popular reports; and co-develop online data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to work effectively within the team and with a diverse range of stakeholders and sectors.

Job Accountabilities
Under the supervision of the Technical Director, the Research Lab Technician II will provide routine and specific laboratory support for Immune Monitoring and Flow Cytometry services. The responsibilities include (but are not limited) to:

Prepare, operate and maintain equipment.
Manage inventory of specimens.
