Correct EDI data when possible so EDI invoice can progress forward with system processing.
Monitor incoming paper invoices when the supplier has been converted to EDI.
Communicate needed changes to reduce extra work.
Track and report the invoice match rate to interested supervisors.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED.

Position Description
The Monarch Research and Education Internship offers hands-on experience in monarch monitoring, habitat assessments, conservation, and community outreach. Interns conduct field research using standardized protocols and work directly with biologists and Natural Resource Managers on military lands.
This is a field-focused position. Interns typically spend four days each week outdoors and one day completing data entry, writing, and administrative tasks. Fieldwork involves documenting milkweed presence, identifying blooming plants, and recording monarch eggs, larvae, and adults. Interns also support outreach activities designed to inspire interest in monarchs, pollinators, and migration among military families and school-aged children. All interns write biweekly blogs and attend virtual team meetings and webinars.
Interns who continue into the fall season assist with capturing, tagging, and measuring monarchs during migration.
Key Responsibilities
Field Research
Conduct monarch and habitat surveys during peak breeding periods
Collect data on milkweed, nectar plants, and monarch life stages
Navigate and work safely on military installations
Communication & Team Engagement
Maintain regular communication with Natural Resource Managers and partner organizations

Position Information
The Blackland Research & Extension Center in Temple, Texas is seeking a Research Associate or Senior Research Associate position depending on the candidate's qualifications. The Research Associate will aid in the development and application of the agro-ecosystem framework in SWAT/SWAT+/HAWQS models; work effectively within a modeling group comprised of ARS, AgriLife, and other personnel; actively participate in joint research activities; effectively manage and complete assigned tasks; and assist in writing python/R programming scripts to optimize processing time, making the current decision support systems more efficient and reliable. The associate will lead the collection, processing, and analysis of agricultural data using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and related sensing technologies. What We Are Looking For
The Wright Group in the Departments of Biology and Chemistry & Biochemistry at Baylor University is seeking multiple postdoctoral research associates with expertise in chemical biology and/or chemoproteomics.
The Wright Group is focused on phenotype-driven studies of gut and oral microbiomes. Within this focus, the research group has a strong program in the synthesis and application of chemical probes in complex biological systems and measurements of probe labeling by LC-MS based proteomics, fluorescence microscopy, and cell sorting. This position will primarily support research to develop and apply chemical probes for the selective isolation of pathogens from oral microbiomes.
We are hoping to extend our expertise by identifying exceptionally motivated individuals with a Ph.D. and a background in chemical biology, with priority given to candidates with expertise in synthesizing and using chemical probes or protein-targeting small molecules. Candidates with expertise in probe-dependent cell sorting or chemoproteomics experience are aligned well with the needs of the position.
Candidates must have obtained a Ph.D. and have a background in chemical biology, organic chemistry, or a related field prior to beginning their assignment. The candidate must be able to independently design and execute experiments.
Additional skills of interest include experience in one or more of the following areas: application of chemical molecules/tools to biological systems, cell sorting, pathogen biology, proteomics, chemical synthesis, microbiology, protein expression, cell culture, cell biology, molecular biology, and/or functional assays.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute independent research in phenotype-driven microbiome studies using chemical biology strategies

Position Information
The Blackland Research & Extension Center in Temple, Texas is seeking a Research Associate or Senior Research Associate position depending on the candidate's qualifications. The Research Associate will aid in the development and application of the agro-ecosystem framework in SWAT/SWAT+/HAWQS models; work effectively within a modeling group comprised of ARS, AgriLife, and other personnel; actively participate in joint research activities; effectively manage and complete assigned tasks; and assist in writing python/R programming scripts to optimize processing time, making the current decision support systems more efficient and reliable. The Senior Research Associate level will additionally involve leading in conducting modeling workshops for clients and lead in managing clients' communication, projects, and deliverables.

What We Are Looking For
The Nano-Optics and Advanced Health-Sensing (NOAHS) Lab at Baylor University is looking for a Postdoc Research Associate who will focus on photonic integrated circuits (PICs) design and characterization for several recently funded projects in large-scale optical interconnects and optical computing. The Postdoc will be primarily responsible for designing hybrid silicon-conductive oxide photonic circuits using commercial foundry or industrial sponsored photonic shuttle to achieve low-power, high speed optical systems. The candidate should also lead the characterization of PICs, especially high-speed optoelectronic measurement using microwave network analyzer and digital communication analyzer. The position is renewable each year based on performance and availability of continued funding. Additional responsibilities include:
Mentoring PhD students and collaborating with academic and industrial partners
Participate in the preparation and writing of journal manuscripts and conference papers, presentations, and/or posters.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission

The NOAHS Lab is led by Prof. Alan Wang (alan_***************), who is the Mearse Endowed Chair Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. During his research career, Prof. Wang has raised over $11 M dollars in externally funded research from the NSF, AFOSR, DARPA, NIH, NASA and Army Research Office, along with industry sponsors such as Intel and Hewlett Packard. He has more than 120 journal publications and 120 conference presentations including 18 plenary/invited presentations. He also holds eight granted or pending U.S. patents. Prof. Wang is a fellow member of SPIE and Optica and a senior member of IEEE.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a closely related field. Candidates without related experience will NOT be considered.
