Duties include but not limited to:
Assist all commercial brokers by building, maintaining, and managing Real Estate Assistant (REA), a contact management program combined with eight relational databases designed specifically to track commercial real estate data
Opportunity to learn and utilize CoStar and other pertinent software programs, including CLEAR, Real Quest and LoopNet.
Complete market research as necessary by collecting and analyzing property data.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the company, including, but not limited to, creating and binding tour packages, preparing mailers, updating data book, taking property photos, and various administrative duties upon request.
Ability to network with seasoned brokers in all commercial product types.
Perform other miscellaneous administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Previous experience in the commercial real estate industry preferred.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, EXCEL, Word and Outlook).
Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms.

The National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) Cybersecurity Research Center (CRC) is seeking a cybersecurity professional with deep technical expertise in 5G and wireless communication technologies to lead innovative research initiatives in energy system security. This role is central to our mission to build cyber resiliency and reduce risks across the nation's energy infrastructure.
The successful candidate will combine expert knowledge in wireless networking, including 5G technologies, with advanced cybersecurity expertise to help secure critical infrastructure against modern threats. This includes leading R&D at the intersection of wireless tech and energy systems, guiding cross-functional teams, and working closely with stakeholders from DOE, other national laboratories, and the private sector.
Level IV researchers are expected to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to organization-wide technical vision. They demonstrate broad mastery and deep specialization in one or more domains such as 5G security architecture, network protocols, software-defined networking, threat emulation, reverse engineering, red teaming, or other cybersecurity disciplines. Individuals at this level are recognized for their significant professional achievements, including publications, patents, or other contributions that have shaped their field. Job Description
NLR is seeking a mid-career Adversarial Cyber Researcher to join its Cybersecurity Research Center (CRC). The CRC conducts applied research at the intersection of cybersecurity, energy systems, and national resilience-developing the tools, methods, and scientific foundations necessary to secure and sustain the nation's evolving energy infrastructure.
CRC research spans threat actor modeling and simulation, operational technology (OT) risk analysis, adversarial experimentation, hardware and software assurance, supply chain integrity, and cyber-physical resilience testing. Working across NLR's energy, grid, and systems integration missions, the CRC leverages unique laboratory assets-including the ARIES Cyber Range-to conduct large-scale, high-fidelity cybersecurity experiments and modeling.
We are seeking a technically strong and research-focused professional to contribute to cyber adversarial science, threat emulation, and defense experimentation. Key Research Responsibilities:

What you can expect in this role
As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams - your respective department and your intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. Internship responsibilities may include
* Helping ensure our processes are documented and enhanced, ensure data completeness in Charter Data Catalog
* Help develop Analytics for our Charter Data Catalog tool
* Monitor request to ensure compliance with legal guidelines are being met
* Support end users to ensure processes are meeting their needs
* Work on special projects, that may involve Power Automate/platforms
* Work with other teams for some cross training and learnings
Required qualifications
* Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor's degree between December 2026 - May 2027
* Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
* Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
* Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
