A Instructor/Assistant Professor (non-tenured, Collaborative Track) is available in the laboratory of Dr. Fadi Matar in collaboration with Dr. Thomas McDonald. The selected applicant will assist Drs. Matar and McDonald in the foundation of the “Ruberg Cardiovascular 3D Printing and Bio-Innovation Research Center”. Dr. Matar is currently the interim Chief of Cardiology at USF and the founding director of the 3D Printing Program at Tampa General Hospital (TGH) Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI). Dr. McDonald is the Director of the USF-Health Heart Institute and is the Founding Director of the USF Cardiogenetics Program. This state-of-the-art cardiovascular bio-printing laboratory is located at the USF Health Heart Institute, a state-of-the-art research facility in downtown, Tampa. It focuses on translating bioprinting technologies using pluripotent stem cells and extra-cellular matrix molecules to develop clinically applicable solutions to various cardiovascular diseases. This lab collaborates with distinguished faculty such as Da-Zhi Wang, PhD, director of the Center for Regenerative Medicine in the USF Health Heart Institute and Morsani College of Medicine and who is internationally renowned in the field of regenerative medicine. Cardiac surgery and interventions improved patient survival but several limitations such as prosthetic valve and vein graft degeneration and lack of good heart replacement solutions persist. POSITION SUMMARY: We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitorial Team Member. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on on-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Janitorial Team Member will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of office, spaces meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped Additional tasks assigned by management EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 2+ years janitorial experience Willingness to work a variety of shifts Ability to work well under minimal supervision Capacity to take direction Strong attention to detail WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds Ability to navigate around the facility for long periods of time Ability to climb elevated areas to complete tasks (i.e. ladders, lift for scoreboards, etc.) Facility has intermittent noise

Program Overview: The Corporate Recruiter Internship (SkillBridge) is a dynamic opportunity to gain valuable experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and staffing within a corporate environment. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment efforts for our partner brands, ensuring headcount needs are met across the Legacy Service Partners' platform. You will collaborate with LSP's Talent Acquisition team to help build a pipeline of candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assist with the selection and onboarding of new hires. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Pipeline Development: Develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions within the assigned region(s). Interviewing & Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, provide recruitment updates, and assist in the interview and selection process. Onboarding & New Hire Support: Collaborate with partner brand and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates, including preparing offer letters, gathering necessary documentation, and coordinating orientations. Skills & Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Eligibility: This internship is open to candidates currently enrolled in the SkillBridge Program.
