Located in Dallas, Texas, and founded in 1981, the Skorburg Company is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated, detail-oriented individual to help support the Land Acquisition Department and assist in researching and organizing market studies for the acquisition team to make informed investment decisions. This position requires collaboration with the Land Acquisition team to gather detailed qualitative and quantitative home and lot pricing market information for multiple real estate markets. Preparing market studies requires detailed market analysis, an ability to confirm market facts (not soft verbals) with 3 rd parties, resourcefulness to collect accurate information, and strong organization and follow-up skills (as market studies are an ongoing process). The work product of the Land Acquisition Research Analyst is used by the Acquisition Team to evaluate current market conditions including supply, demand, pricing, and identify what housing products are selling well or not (and reasons thereto).
