Role Purpose
Develops the health services research program. Facilitates and independently conducts academic/clinical research, supports research utilization in nursing/clinical practice and develops an ongoing strategic plan for academic/clinical research.
Responsibilities
Conducts interdisciplinary research and evidence-based practice projects that support the organization's priorities for improving patient and/or care delivery outcomes.
Serves in a consultative role for patient care services staff in the development and completion of interdisciplinary research and evidence based practice projects and scholarly activities.
Collaborates with patient care services clinicians, including physician partners, to evaluate and implement best practices for clinical care, patient care delivery models, education and use of technology.
Mentors nursing and allied health professionals in developing presentations, posters and written articles or abstracts.
Presents original research and evidence based practice at regional and national conferences with poster or podium presentations and submits for publication in peer-review journals.

Role Summary

Our company has provided university internships for credit in the past. Student will need to provide management with all necessary enrollment forms for credit.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Crop measurements and assessments
Sample collection
Sample shipment
Trial applications, including calibration of equipment and application parameters
Irrigating
Fertilizing
Operating various farm equipment
Job requirements:
Valid drivers license
Proof of eligibility to work in the US (Social Security or a permanent resident card)
Vehicle or reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Physically able to perform regular farm activities
Clean driving record (i.e. no DUIs or serious speeding tickets)
Preferred skills:
Experience with a variety of crops
Farm experience (comfortable with driving a tractor and operating various implements)
40 hours/week. $14+/hr (dependent on experience). Overtime and weekends are possible. This is a full-time summer position, but qualified candidates may be able to start sooner with good weekday availability during the semester. The job can continue into the fall, dependent on company needs and student availability.
This is primarily an outdoor position. Applicant should be comfortable working outside in summer temperatures. The employer will provide water, Gatorade, and shade.

The Data Science Intern will play a key role in supporting the Kansas City Chiefs' Finance, Strategy & Analytics team. You will help enhance our data infrastructure by assisting with potential migration efforts to a modern data platform, supporting updates to connected Plotly Dash applications, and validating data pipelines as needed. You will also contribute to real-time insights, data visualization, and advanced analytics that help transform data into meaningful, actionable decisions across the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the team in evaluating and potentially transitioning data workflows from PostgreSQL to a modern data platform.
Assist in restructuring, optimizing, and validating datasets and queries across evolving data environments.
Help update and maintain Plotly Dash applications, ensuring stable data connections during platform transitions.
Maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools used by executives and department leaders.
Develop or improve internal applications that support real-time, data-driven decision making.
Assist with analytical projects such as retention modeling, customer segmentation, dynamic pricing, and financial forecasting.
Document data processes, sources, and architectural changes as infrastructure evolves.
Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.

Required Qualifications

Ability to troubleshoot API integrations and application data connections.
