You will collaborate with LSP's Talent Acquisition team to help build a pipeline of candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assist with the selection and onboarding of new hires. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Pipeline Development: Develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions within the assigned region(s). Interviewing & Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, provide recruitment updates, and assist in the interview and selection process. Onboarding & New Hire Support: Collaborate with partner brand and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates, including preparing offer letters, gathering necessary documentation, and coordinating orientations. Skills & Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. At the end of each period, interns will be assessed on their understanding and application of the skills and knowledge they have learned during the program. Eligibility: This internship is open to candidates currently enrolled in the SkillBridge Program. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements set forth by the Department of Defense and be transitioning service members.
