Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): * Assist with candidate review within an applicant tracking system and data entry* * Support Hersheypark Hiring team in interviewing prospective team members* * Enter, track, and distribute resumes and applicant correspondence as needed following recruitment events* * Provide support in the general maintenance of job fair preparation* * May assist candidates during job fairs by providing education on the application and hiring processes* * Attend and represent HE&R at recruitment related events* * Aid with execution of recruitment plans by posting job openings to various job boards and performing research* * Support sourcing campaigns and candidate outreach for high priority job requisitions * Communicate with prospective candidates via email, telephone, and job board messaging platforms* * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older * Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Business, Communication, Human Resources, Hospitality, Marketing or related major * Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high volume environment * Must have a valid Driver's License Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Proficient in Microsoft Office (to include Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and have the ability to quickly learn computer based applications * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must be innovative and self-motivated to complete tasks * Must be detail oriented and maintain organizational skills * Must be friendly, upbeat, work well with others, and able to interact with our internal and external guests * Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment * Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines * Must have the ability to safeguard confidential information Job Demands: * Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends based on schedule of recruitment events (and around your school classes) * Must be able to work a minimum of 2-3 office days per week at ideally 20 hours per week in total * Schedule includes the Spring 2025 semester schedule with flexibility to extend through August 2025. * Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, and communicating. Job Purpose An Analytical Lab Intern will provide general assistance in a professional manner to the lab manager, lab supervisor, and Engineering for the purpose of maintaining departmental workload at an acceptable level. Responsible for completing all assigned requests, tasks, and activities involving chemical, physical, and analytical analyses of battery materials and components. 2. Learn to operate the instruments and equipment listed in point 3 without supervision. 5. Maintain a clean, organized assigned laboratory area. 6. Issue comprehensive technical reports and data for Engineering, Quality, Procurement, etc. 7. Good communication skills with Engineering or Manufacturing personnel when providing technical data for review.
