Requirements

Required Education/Experience:
- Master's degree in scientific, medical specialty or equivalent- Minimum three years experience in a clinical study data environment to include experience with randomized clinical trials, participation in multicenter studies and registries, observational studies utilizing electronic data capture, and other data capture systems- Supervisory experience/skills.

Required Credentials:
- N/A

Preferred:
- PhD or advanced degree in scientific, medical specialty or equivalent.- Experience leading data management process development and quality assurance efforts including development and implementation of standard operating procedures.- Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and other databases including REDCap-- Able to lead, guide, coordinate and facilitate strategic planning processes.- Succesful grant writing efforts - Experience using continuous process improvement (CPI) methodologies

CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP) is currently seeking professional, career-oriented individuals with excellent tactical management, communication and organizational skills to join our commercial real estate field research team in our Toronto office.

The opening is for a Field Research Manager who will lead, develop and motivate teams of field research photographers throughout the country. Duties include managing a field team of 10+ field research photographers, assigning their daily tasks, performing quality control audits on photo and data quality, hiring and training new field staff; and traveling to other markets to work with the field staff in person. The Field Research Managers are responsible for the overall safety and performance of their direct reports in the field including their productivity metrics as well as data and photo quality.
What qualifications do we look for?

* Qualified candidates must have 2+ years of staff and project management experience, superior leadership and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to prioritize, excellent organizational and communication skills, and be detail oriented

* Track record of strong customer service through deliverables of product value propositions.

* Bachelor's degree

* Must be able to pass the FAA Part 107 certification for commercial UAS (drone flight)
