Job Description:
A PC will work under the supervision of the Project Managers, within the Environmental Group. It will be a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment that requires multi-tasking abilities along with an initiative taking mindset.
Responsibilities:
Learn and adapt to the safety culture at MBC
Interface with Field Superintendents
Learn HeavyJob and HeavyBid software
Learn material and earthwork take-offs
Execute underground utility safe dig requests for sites (OUPS, MissDig, 811)
Assist in project bidding and input data in HCSS software
Learn job costing and project resources with Field Superintendents
Prepare and log project material submittals
Learn Trimble Business Center
Solicit subcontractor and material supplier quotes for bids
CPM scheduling / Primavera P6 and provide monthly project schedule updates
Process purchase orders and subcontract agreements
Attend meetings - prebid, preconstruction, and progress
Additional responsibilities assigned, as required.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Construction Engineering/Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering/Civil Engineering Technology, Project Management or other related degree
Access to a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Bluebeam Revu, and AutoCAD (preferred)
Exceptional attendance, detail oriented with excellent communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities
Regional Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator, Performance is assigned to two JobsOhio Network Partners (JON). This is entirely an external client-facing responsibility and requires about 80% of the PCP's time. In coordination and with oversight from the Senior Project Manager, Performance, the PCP is responsible for preparing all post-execution activities for review including but not limited to:
Encumbrances and Submission IDs
Onboarding Calls
Timely Processing Reimbursement for all Program types and Initiatives
Annual Report Follow Up
Process Project Change Requests
Unencumbering funds
Close out of Projects
Support PPT by executing on the following:
Maintain client contact lists in Salesforce
Proactively perform outreach to clients to set expectations on annual report and reimbursement requirements
Address questions from clients and provide support to them as needed
Maintain the PPT Mailbox
Setting up and maintaining the recurring calendar invite and attendee list for all standing meetings
Responsible for managing and distributing the agenda to ensure attendees have this prior to the meeting
Responsible for taking and maintaining notes for all standing meetings as well as documenting important discussions
Update Salesforce with meeting notes to ensure discussions and pertinent information are documented for historical reference
Responsible for assigning, tracking and ensuring outstanding tasks or outcomes of the meeting are properly delegated to ensure completion in a timely manner
Provide meeting results to relevant stakeholders
Draft and maintain working documents for the PPT as new processes and procedures are developed. Make recommendations for improvement where appropriate.
Participate in onsite company visits and help to resolve company performance issues
Process WARN notices and notify stakeholders

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
* Frequently required to sit; talk or hear; and use hands to handle, or touch objects or controls.
* Regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the team member may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.
* Travel from site to site will be required.
* Work environment will normally be an active construction site. Exposure to dust, noise, high heat, extreme cold, and rain should be expected.

* Must be able to maintain effective audio and visual discrimination and perception to the degree necessary for the successful performance of assigned duties.

Progression
Project coordinators will be considered for the role of project manager upon the completion of a period as a project coordinator. The need for additional project managers will be dependent on Kwest Group's project management needs. The needs will be evaluated for each business sector by the senior project manager and director of operations. Project coordinators will be considered for promotion during their annual evaluation period.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Frequently required to sit; talk or hear; and use hands to handle, or touch objects or controls.
Regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the team member may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.
Travel from site to site will be required.
Work environment will normally be an active construction site. Exposure to dust, noise, high heat, extreme cold, and rain should be expected.
Team member must be physically able to perform repetitive motion and heavy lifting, as described below.
Must be able to maintain effective audio and visual discrimination and perception to the degree necessary for the successful performance of assigned duties.
Must wear all employer-mandated personal protective equipment, including hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, safety vests, and safety-toed work boots. Other PPE may be required from time to time depending on special safety concerns. All PPE will be provided by the company at no cost to the employee, other than safety boots.
Must be able to hear with or without the use of a hearing device and clearly see at least 30 feet with or without the use of corrective vision lens. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Must be able work while wearing a respirator if necessary.
Alternate standing and walking on uneven terrain surfaces, such as hillsides, muddy and icy soils, and other working surfaces. Safe negotiation of all types of surface conditions will always be required.
Continual lifting of up to 50 lbs. for distances of 30 feet or more.
Constant pushing and pulling of certain tools and materials will be required over a day's work.
Must have knowledge of occupational hazards in construction field and standard safety practices. Must be able to pass the 30 Hour OSHA testing and First Aid/CPR requirements before starting work.

General Administrative

Protocol Preparation & Review
Attends investigator meetings as required or requested by the PI.
Collaborates with the Regulatory Specialist to prepare IRB and any other regulatory submission documents as required by the protocol.
Prepares other study materials as requested necessary. These study materials include, but are not limited to, the informed consent document, source documents, enrollment logs, and drug/device accountability logs.
Establishes and organizes study files, including but not limited to, regulatory binders, study specific source documentation and other materials.
Conduct of Research
Reviews and comprehends the protocol, e.g., study proceedings and timelines, inclusion and exclusion criteria, confidentiality, privacy protections.
Assists PI in communication of study requirements to all individuals involved in the study. Provides appropriate training and tools for study team members. Documents date of training and signatures of study personnel trained on study specific training log.
Develops and implement recruitment strategies in accordance with HRPO (IRB) requirements and approvals.
Conducts or participates in the informed consent process and discussions with research participants, including answering any questions related to the study. Obtains appropriate signatures and dates on forms in appropriate places. Assures that amended consent forms are appropriately implemented and signed.
Screens subjects for eligibility using protocol specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, documenting each potential participant's eligibility or exclusion.
Registers each participant in CTMS to ensure billing of study procedures to the appropriate funding source.
Coordinates participant tests and procedures.
Collects data as required by the protocol. Assures timely completion of Source Documents.
Maintains study timelines.
Maintains adequate inventory of study supplies. If handling investigational drugs/devices, follows the sponsor protocol and/or Gastro Health Research Policy on Investigational Drug/Device Accountability.
Completes study documentation and maintains study files in accordance with sponsor requirements and procedures including, but not limited to, consent forms, source documentation, narrative notes if applicable, case report forms, and investigational material accountability forms.
Retains all study records in accordance with sponsor requirements and Gastro Health Research policies and procedures.
Maintains effective and ongoing communication with sponsor, research participants and PI during the course of the study.
Works with the PI to manage the day to day activities of the study including problem solving, communication and protocol management.
Project Closeout
Assists the Principal Investigator and Regulatory Specialist in submission of accurate and timely closeout documents to applicable federal agencies, and the sponsoring agency in accordance with federal regulations and sponsoring agency policies and procedures.
Arranges secure storage of study documents that will be maintained according to Gastro Health Research policy or for the contracted length of time, whichever is longer.

Summary
The Team Member is responsible and accountable for performing specific tasks and duties assigned within the restaurant including guest service, food prep, restaurant cleanliness and teamwork.
Duties
The Team Member will maintain a fast speed of service, resolve questions and concerns of guests, and follow all safety and security procedures.
In addition, they:
- Follow the steps outlined in the DHC Training Program to learn new skills, duties, and responsibilities
- Communicate to their immediate supervisor when additional training guidance and practice is needed
- Understand how each job responsibility impacts guests, employees, and overall restaurant operations
- Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions
- Work together with their co-workers to prepare items on the DHC menu while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements
- Use specific kitchen machinery/equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, warmers, etc.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing/sanitizing/disinfecting kitchen
utensils and high touch-point areas, and servicing restrooms
- Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to the uniform policy
- Are performance-oriented and performance driven; understand performance expectations and are aware of performance
results
- Abide to the rules and direction given by the restaurant management team
Job expectations
The Team Member will work productively in a fast-paced environment in which they will be interacting with guests, work closely with other Team Members to complete tasks, and conduct other duties assigned by the restaurant management team.
In addition, they:
