We are seeking an innovative Lead R&D Engineer/Scientist to develop advanced thermal management technologies for high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure. Duties include sample preparation, mineral separation, wet chemistry, and operation and maintenance of a PANalytical Zetium Ultimate X-ray spectrograph and an ITRAX XRF core scanner. The ideal candidate will have highly developed skills in any of the following areas: hydrologic and/or water resources modeling, data science and machine learning with strong computational skills applied to hydrologic or climate variables, sub-seasonal to seasonal climate forecasting or climate change projections.
