In this role, you will be responsible for researching and consulting on Stripe's efforts to attract exceptional talent at scale and drive high performance throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities
* Design, validate, and iterate structured selection instruments (e.g., structured interviews and assessments) to maximize predictive validity and fairness

Minimum requirements

Job Summary
A position designed to learn through engagement in an advanced level of scientific technical and administrative work in support of research efforts in the Wang laboratory. Participate in research data collection and documentation within relevant guidelines and protocols; develop and evaluate new research techniques and procedures, maintain lab equipment, and supervise and coordinate lab personnel and activities. Perform a variety of complex experiments and execute lab management duties.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
Participate in project planning and development of research protocols while ensuring adherence to accepted scientific research principles and compliance with relevant federal guidelines. Perform a variety of experimental studies, including cell biology and molecular biology experiments. Experiments may include, but not be limited to, animal behavioral testing, genotyping, ELISA, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, and collection of tissues. Analyze results of experiments and procedures using confocal and brightfield image analyses and, if necessary, develop special computer programs to facilitate analysis. Maintain and update spreadsheets documenting results.
Maintains mouse colonies and inventories. Coordinates with all members of the lab and the PI to keep track of which mouse strains are currently in use or will be required for research projects. Coordinate and perform treatment and testing of mice.
Supervise and coordinate activities of students, graduate assistants, and other research personnel engaged in research activities and/or related laboratory work. Advise the PI, postdocs, students, and other research personnel on research techniques, procedures, and other technological aspects of research activities.
Manages continuous operation of the research laboratory, orders supplies and animals as necessary, keeps track of costs, expenses, and delivered goods/supplies, updates spreadsheets documenting lab supply and chemical inventories

Required Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, cell biology or other natural, life, health care or materials science directly related to the research area to which the position is assigned and experience in research, basic science, or clinical laboratory particularly clinical trial research.

Job Summary
This position provides administrative and technical oversight in a cardiorenal research laboratory in the Department of Physiology. Responsibilities include the following: Ensure research protocols are followed and met; safety guidelines are followed in accordance with institution and government regulations; management of laboratory resources; provide teaching and technical oversight to trainees and research staff; process data, present findings and assist Principle Investigator (PI: Dr. Alison Kriegel) with current and future research applications and programs of study; and coordinate administrative and technical arrangements of animal models and maintain records related to use.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Lab Management
Coordinate research activities in the lab and instruct research staff and students and advise regarding research techniques.
Animal Management
Coordinate administrative and technical arrangements of animal models and maintain records related to use. Perform animal colony maintenance and surgical procedures such as injections, gavage and euthanasia. Assist PI with animal protocols preparation and submission.
Experiments

Bioinformatician III will conduct genomic epidemiologic studies, develop bioinformatics pipelines, and analyze next-generation sequencing data to support public health surveillance and response efforts.
Develop standard operating procedures and quality documentation for sequence analysis pipelines.
Provide technical assistance to integrate bioinformatics workflows with existing platforms in CORVD programs.
Conduct production-level quality control and analysis on next-generation sequencing data produced locally and from outside labs.
Provide technical assistance on tasks related to genomic epidemiologic studies on the evolution of viruses.
Apply analytical and interpretive skills to analyze next generation sequence data from global surveillance of viruses.
