Implement high-throughput epitope binning for large panels of monoclonal antibodies and develop deep knowledge of antibody sequence/function relationships. Evaluate and integrate biomolecular interaction technologies (e.g., SPR) to guide therapeutic candidate selection recommendations. Expert in biophysical characterization instrumentation and methodologies such as SEC, MS, HDX-MS, X-ray crystallography, DSF, DLS, etc. Challenge the status quo and onboard cutting-edge technologies to drive discovery and innovation.
