Experience with inhaled anesthesia and parenteral pharmaceutical products and related scientific and practical knowledge are required.
Strong chemistry background with emphasis on organic and/or synthetic chemistry with hands-on lab experience on organic synthesis and test methodology, such as gas chromatogram.
Must have working knowledge of cGMP and ICH requirements, good understanding of Quality by Design (QbD) principles and proficiency in lifecycle management of therapeutic products.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, and good communication and interpersonal skills are highly desirable.
Proficiency in languages other than English (e.g., French, Chinese or Spanish) is a plus.
Working knowledge of design of experiment (DOE) or statistics is desirable.
