This Microbiology Technician is responsible for performing microbiology testing for all ICU Medical products and sterilization processes: This position is Monday-Friday day shift. This position is 100% onsite at our Dublin, OH facility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Performs environmental monitoring of all assembly areas per written procedure. Review and approve test data against alert and limits. Collects and ships representative samples of finished products for bioburden and endotoxin testing, as well as for dose audits for gamma products. Ships to approved testing labs as per written procedures. Investigate test results; determine possible causes for failure and recommend possible corrective action. Record results of testing on log and appropriate forms. Collects and reviews documents provided by the EO and gamma sterilizers and perform load or run releases according to site procedures. Manages lab consumables used in the Microbiology lab, as well as receives invoices through Oracle for timely invoice payment. On -Call or Special Requirements Responsibilities of the physician assistant to be available after hours or on weekends will vary by physician and circumstance. A physician assistant may be requested and/or required to attend sports physicals, sporting events or clinic coverage on nights or weekends at the discretion of their attending physician. A physician assistant may also be required to remain available or called to assist their attending physician for hospital call responsibilities. A physician assistant may on occasion be requested to assist the attending physician by triaging, evaluating or assist in management of an emergency department patient or after hour call from a patient of the practice. It is expected that this type of special requirement would not be a routine clinical practice. The Lab Engineer (Intern) plays a crucial role in advancing ANS's geotechnical engineering initiatives by conducting soil testing within our in-house geotechnical lab. This role primarily encompasses sample preparation, the execution of tests following established standards, and routine workstation maintenance. The intern is expected to play a key role in contributing to the success of our geotechnical projects through attention to detail and adherence to industry-established testing protocols. We are looking for a lab intern ideally graduating by Fall 2025 or Spring 2026. This role offers a hands-on experience in a collaborative lab environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Chemical Analyst to join our laboratory team. This role involves performing a variety of chemical analyses using both classical (wet chemistry) techniques such as titrations, gravimetric analysis, and pH measurements, as well as modern instrumental methods including GC, FTIR, and ICP. The ideal candidate will support quality control, product development, and process optimization efforts by delivering accurate, timely, and reproducible data. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Perform classical analytical techniques such as: Acid/base and redox titrations (Acid Value, Iodine Value) Gravimetric analyses (Density, Filterable Impurities) pH and moisture determination Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation, including but not limited to: Gas Chromatography (GC) Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP-OES) Karl Fischer titrators Interpret analytical results and maintain accurate and detailed records in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards. Assist in method development, validation, and troubleshooting as needed. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and company policies.
