Our group has curated a rich dataset of single cell immune profiling of the blood and tissue samples from cancer patients treated with immunotherapy, including flow cytometry, spatial transcriptomics, and co-registered multiplexed immunofluorescence (mIF) staining and H&E images with rich clinical annotation. The candidate will have the opportunity to lead the development of novel statistical and computational approaches and work with world's leading immuno-oncology experts. Key Requirements: Ph.D. degree in biostatistics, statistics, bioinformatics, or a related field Experience in high dimensional data analysis and deep learning.
