Details The Morelli Lab seeks a highly motivated research technician to support research studies on how RNA-regulated processes shape human neural cell function and resilience. This position is expected to work extensively with human iPSC-derived CNS models and complementary in vitro systems while providing experimental support across the molecular, cellular, and imaging platforms. Primary responsibilities include maintaining cell cultures, performing molecular and biochemical assays, preparing samples for sequencing and imaging workflows, organizing and analyzing data, and assisting with troubleshooting and protocol optimization.
