Candidate should have 2-5 years' experience with an EIT license, working towards a PE license in Fire Protection Engineering.
Responsibilities will focus on design and production of fire protection engineering project construction documents or reports under the general supervision of Senior Engineers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as the Fire Protection Engineering design lead on projects. This includes making Fire Protection Engineering design decisions on suppression systems, fire alarm systems, mass notification systems, and assisting Architecture with Life Safety design.
Performs accurate, legible and well thought out design calculations.
Coordinates Fire Protection Engineering design with other disciplines; highlighting design components that will impact the other discipline's design so that the overall design is constructable without conflict.
Attends project kick off meetings and coordination meetings.
Works independently with minimal supervision; is self-motivated and has initiative.
Performs assigned tasks in accordance with company QC procedures.
Communicates with clients as needed and defined by project.
Contacts clients and/or contractors as needed on specific jobs.
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work.
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally.
Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree (BS) from a four-year college or university in Fire Protection Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
4+ years related experience and/or training.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Engineer-In-Training license required.
Professional Engineer license preferred.
Software/Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet Apps.
Revit/AutoCAD/BIM preferred but can be trained.

Job Description
Managing the multiple components of the revenue cycle include pre-authorization, eligibility and benefits verification, claims submission, payments and payment posting, claims denial management, reporting, and any other functions which involve patient revenue management.
Supervising the Coding and Charges Department in various duties, such as medical documentation review, proper CPT and ICD-10 documentation and entry, timely entry of all charges, and performing of quality control audits
Implementing and managing a system to ensure that accurate billing information is entered into the billing system
Setting and meeting collections goals by department and for the organization overall by managing the collection processes for individual patients, attorneys, and insurance companies.
Managing staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings
Overseeing the hiring and training of staff
Attendees monthly and/or quarterly AAPC seminars to assure all coding is aligned with the industry standard and changes
Planning and structuring the department workflow and staffing
Correctly coding diagnoses and procedures
Ensuring proper timely filing of all claims by implementing a timely standard of charge entry
Annually reviewing and updating of charge master
Negotiating contracts with insurance companies
Collaborates professionally with clinical staff and all other departments to maintain unity and successful resolve outstanding request
Keeping updated records and tracking reports as required by management
Insuring proper filing of liens
Other duties as requested of the Director of Revenue that are consistent with and appropriate for this position title and role.

Position Requirements:
Preferred Education Level: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Revenue cycle certification preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a multi-specialty medical clinic or similar setting.
Proven experience in a leadership role managing a revenue cycle team, as well as direct operational experience in all phases of medical revenue cycle
MS Office & Excel experience
Experience with EHR and PM software, specifically NextGen platform preferred.
Preferred: Ability to multi-task under time pressure. Strong communication and leadership skills
Be team oriented and able to work with various departments. Be able to make sound decisions while on the move in a fast-paced organization.
Position Miscellaneous:
40 hours per week; extended work hours from time to time to meet deadlines

- Measures boards, timbers, or plywood using square, measuring tape and ruler and marks cutting lines on materials using pencil and scriber. Shapes materials to required sizes using saws, chisels, and planes.
- Verifies accuracy of structure with transit, plumb bob, square and level.
- Uses carpentry hand tools such as hammers, levels, squares, screw drivers, adjustable, wrenches, hand and power saws, drill motors and pry bars.
- Nails cleats (braces) across boards to construct concrete-supporting forms.
- Braces forms in place with timbers, tie rods, and anchor bolts for use in building concrete piers, footings, and walls.
- Erects frame work for structures and lays sub-flooring.
- Cuts and assembles timbers to build trestles and cofferdams.
- Erects scaffolding for buildings and other structures and installs ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms, and gangways.
- Constructs forms, chutes, and aligns form panels for pouring concrete and grout.
- Fits and installs pre-fabricated window frames, doors, weather stripping interior and exterior trim and finished hardware.
- Fits and nails sheathing on outer walls and roofs of buildings. Sets and braces anchor bolts.
- Performs minor maintenance or cleaning activities with tools and equipment.
- Ability to tie rebar.
- Operation of electric and pneumatic tools.
- May rig materials.
