Rishi Kapoor is Investcorp’s Co-Chief Executive Officer. He oversees the Firm’s Private Equity businesses in North America and India, as well as the Real Estate, Credit Management, Absolute Returns and Strategic Capital businesses globally. Prior to his appointment as Co-CEO, Rishi had held several leadership positions within Investcorp including as Chief Financial Officer between 2003 and 2015. He joined Investcorp from Citigroup in 1992. Rishi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Rishi is a member of Duke University’s Middle East regional advisory board. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for National Bank of Bahrain, Gulf Air Group, Bahrain Airport Company and Gulf Aviation Academy. In 2019, Rishi was recognized by Forbes Middle East as one of the top 10 Indian executives making an impact in the Middle East, and Top CEO Middle East recognized Rishi as one of the top CEOs in the GCC financial services and investment sector.

Scott C. Nuttall (New York) is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of KKR. He joined KKR in 1996. Most recently, he was the head of KKR’s Global Capital and Asset Management Group, where he was responsible for overseeing KKR’s Public Markets & Distribution businesses, which includes Credit, Capital Markets, Hedge Funds and our Client & Partner Group. He has played a significant role in driving the strategic development of KKR for the last 15 years, including his leadership on KKR’s public listing, developing the firm’s balance sheet strategy, helping build KKR’s platforms in the credit and hedge fund space and creating the firm’s capital markets and capital raising businesses. Mr. Nuttall also serves on KKR’s Balance Sheet Committee and the firm’s Inclusion and Diversity Council. He is currently a member of the board of directors of First Data Corporation, a KKR portfolio company. Prior to joining KKR, he was with the Blackstone Group where he was involved in numerous merchant banking and merger and acquisition transactions. He received a B.S., summa cum-laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. He has served on the board of various non-profit institutions with a particular focus on education, most recently as Co-Chairman of Teach for America - New York.

Held management positions in financial institutions, led lending and investing teams, managed Community Reinvestment Act programs and regulatory compliance and philanthropy groups. Extensive external representation, including conference panels, media interaction, non-profit boards, CRA regulatory relationships, and policy and community outreach activities. Direct experience with non-profit lending, construction lending, Low Income Housing/ New Market tax credit investments, intermediary (CDFI, other) lending, small business lending, health care financing, private equity fund investing, and grant-making.

Bill Ford is General Atlantic’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, with three decades of experience investing in and helping build leading growth companies. Under Bill’s leadership, General Atlantic has expanded its global presence, increased its capital base, and deepened its capabilities to identify and partner with high-potential growth companies across multiple business sectors and geographies. Bill is currently on the boards of BlackRock, ByteDance, IHS Markit, and Royalty Pharma. He has also previously served on the boards of Axel Springer, e*Trade, First Republic Bank, Priceline, and Tory Burch, among others. Bill is involved with a number of educational and not-for-profit organizations. He serves as Chair of the Rockefeller University and sits on the boards of EMPEA (Emerging Markets Private Equity Association), Endeavor, and The Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. From 2001 to 2013, he served as a Trustee of Amherst College and currently serves on the Investment Committee for the College’s endowment.
