We are looking for an eager Merchandising Representative willing to take on a challenge! If that sounds like you, keep reading for more of what this job will look like!
Essential Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble merchandising materials for sets and resets to be performed.
Assist with receiving and/or reconciling accounting for products received at stores to be set or reset.
Travel to new and existing customers to set or reset the stores, which may require safely towing a utility trailer.
Set/assemble bays (up to 25 ft. - H-Frame or Cantilever) for various types of products
Stock products (up to 45,000 lbs. and lengths as long as 16 ft.) in bays set or reset.
Install displays and point-of-purchase materials.
Prepare and process buyback and/or set related paperwork.
Handle on-site customer relations issues including complaints, requests, orders and training as necessary.
Supervise Assistant Merchandising Representatives and temporary employees including, but not limited to: training, enforcement of policies and procedures, evaluation of performance and adhering to safe work practices.


Basic Qualifications (Required)

Six (6) months' experience as an Assistant Merchandising Representative or similar position.
Fundamental knowledge of displays and ability to create and produce them as necessary; Carpentry skills
Ability and willingness to drive long distances towing a utility trailer, travel extensively and work long hours

Ability to lift 60lbs, climb, stoop bend, stand and walk for long periods of time. This position can be labor intensive at times.

Ability to recognize and evaluate problems or need for modifications to normal or new set/reset circumstances and implement solutions independently as appropriate.
Valid (unrestricted other than for vision correction)) drivers' license and ability to safely drive a manual transmission vehicle and tow a utility trailer.
Must be willing and open to frequent local travel. Will need reliable personal vehicle and ability to transport yourself using your personal vehicle to the job site/airport when necessary.


Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred but not necessary.
Experience in building materials a plus.
