The Seasonal Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor. They are also responsible for the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the stock room. Reports To: Store Management Essential Functions Customer Experience * First Impressions: Create a positive first impression by adhering to the dress code. * Store Standards: Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness both in the stock room and on the selling floor. The Seasonal Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor. They are also responsible for the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the stock room. Frequent bending, twisting, squatting and stooping are required as is the ability to reach and lift 30 pounds overhead up to ten times a day. Occasional lifting of 50 pounds on a repeated basis will be necessary. This position also requires that the merchandiser is able to walk and be on their feet constantly and drive a vehicle with no physical limitations. A personal cell phone is required for this job and for use in day-to-day communication between the merchandiser and any employee assigned to the same route that the merchandiser is working. This includes managers, sales reps, and human resources. An updated, current phone number must be provided at all times.
