Duties and Responsibilities:
* Comply with the Community's personnel, safety, and corporate policies and procedures.
* Report witnessed or reported allegations of resident abuse/neglect immediately to the Executive Director.

Pharmacist - Full Time - Residency Coordinator Pharmacist - Primarily Day shift- and every other weekend - with variable shifts as needed
Launch and Manage our new residency program.
Work with preceptors to encourage development and growth amongst our team, as well as overseeing the residents, mentoring and guiding them in their growth.
Residency coordinator will be expected to precept some rotations, lead preceptor development committee, attend resident presentation, and lead our team through the accreditation process.
Residency coordinator will also be expected to staff as needed to meet the needs of the hospital. Although more time may be needed up front to launch the program, we anticipate that this person will spend approximately 1/2 their time staffing and 1/2 in growing and managing our residency program.
Maintain all requirements needed to be a RPD. Ensures all preceptors maintain requirements to be a preceptor as defined by ASHP.
Provides safe and effective drug therapy management to improve the outcomes of patients.
Works centrally and de-centrally to perform all functions of a Registered Pharmacist including clinical interactions with the health care team, patient care monitoring, accurate dispensing and supervisory of the pharmacy technicians
Consults with physicians and nursing staff to ensure the best patient care and evidenced based medicine
Credentials and Qualifications
Minimum of a PGY1 residency + 3 years pharmacy experience or PGY1 & PGY2 + 1 year pharmacy experience or a minimum of 5 years of clinical hospital experience

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required
Licensed as a pharmacist in the state of Florida required
