The 12Stone Church Residency provides hands-on ministry experience paired with side-by-side coaching and development, both in what the resident is doing as well as in who the resident is becoming. Participants will gain knowledge through experience in the ministry areas as well as working alongside 12Stone staff members. This two-year program is designed to give deep insight to an individual's calling to serve vocationally in the local church while simultaneously providing coaching to fulfill that calling for a lifetime. Purpose: To provide side-by-side coaching and development in ministry skill, leadership acumen, and personal and spiritual growth all while fully immersed in local church ministry. Basic Plan: The Residency Experience lasts 2 years from commencement date. Each experience usually begins in either January or June.
