Your Role & Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to meet the residents' physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual needs.
Demonstrates ability to provide grooming needs regarding hair care, oral care, assistance with cosmetic and grooming needs as well as dressing, bathing, escorting, bedside assistance and assistance with toileting.
Demonstrates ability to assist in the delivery of resident activities that will provide entertainment, socialization, exercise, relaxation, creativity and fulfillment for residents.\
Participates in family conferences as needed.

Position Summary:
The ResidentAssistant, reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, supports residents in maintaining their dignity, independence, and overall quality of life by providing personal care assistance, companionship, and encouragement in daily activities. Essential Functions:
Assist and provide direction to residents regarding their personal care needs, which include but are not limited to, grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition, etc.
Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs using a proactive approach.
Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
Transport residents or assistsresidents with walking along with turning or repositioning residents alone or with assistance.
Change bed linens, run errands, direct visitors, and answer telephone.
Assist with laundry and housekeeping duties.
Assistresidents to and from dining room as needed and assist with meals.

Position Summary:
The ResidentAssistant, reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, supports residents in maintaining their dignity, independence, and overall quality of life by providing personal care assistance, companionship, and encouragement in daily activities. Essential Functions:
