Minimum Qualifications * Completion of a High School Level Education or GED * Experience working with individuals who are in recovery, specifically those that have completed The Salvation Army's Adult Rehabilitation program. * A minimum of one year working in recovery services/social services/human services. * Experience working with people at varying stages of recovery from substance abuse and different levels of metal health. * Experience deescalating conflict. * Experience operating general office equipment to include computers. * Experience with Microsoft Office programs preferred. * Must be able to pass a complete and satisfactory background check. * Ability to drive and maintain a valid Class C California Driver's License, pass a TSA Driving Test and maintain a clean MVR. * Current CPR Certificate and First Aide Certificate preferred.
