The purpose of this position is to provide personal care and delegated nursing services designed to maintain the resident's physical and emotional well-being. FUNDAMENTAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Genesis Behavioral Services is currently recruiting for Full and Part Time Resident Assistants for all shifts to work at our 24-Hr Community Based Residential Facilities. Resident Assistants are responsible for maintaining oversight of participants in our designated CBRF program locations that work in collaboration with the Department of Corrections.
