Essential Functions:
-Facilitate a supportive environment for social connections, academic success, personal development, and well-being support for all residents through implementation of the Residential Engagement Model (REM) that includes door decorations, meaningful interactions, passive programming, monthly newsletters, floor gatherings, and building-wide programming, etc.

Full-time, Part-time Description
The Overnight Resident Support Staff (RSS) is responsible for the overnight monitoring and following of safety and security of Our Lady's Inn house and clients. The Overnight RSS is also responsible for the planning and preparation of planning and minimal preparation of breakfast meals.
*Must be available to work overnights 10:00pm-8:00am.
Essential Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to):
Establishes and maintains therapeutic, professional relationships with clients.
Helps ensure the safety and security of the building by monitoring cameras, by following security protocols, and by reporting concerns. Sets alarms at designated time, as necessary.
Reports any maintenance or safety concerns to the maintenance email.
Answers phones and the door, maintaining professional and courteous interactions. Follows security protocols.
Dispenses appropriate supplies to clients and records supplies dispensed in log.
Maintains knowledge of and ensures clients follow expectations in the handbook, including curfew and mandatory meal attendance.
Plans and cooks breakfast for clients during the weekdays.
Operates necessary kitchen equipment for food preparation and clean-up.
Follows appropriate food safety handling instructions.
Cleans and maintains general upkeep of the kitchen and dining room to maintain a sanitary work environment.
Breaks down the room for clients leaving the program and prepares the room for new clients.
Performs room checks as necessary for safety and cleanliness.
Attends monthly all staff meetings, trainings, or other meetings as required.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Experience in residential setting or work in social services setting. Ability to interact professionally with clients, maintaining proper boundaries, aiding where necessary and following safety protocols.
Skills and Abilities: Organized, dependable, and able to handle emergency situations. Knowledge of proper nutrition, meal planning and cooking. Basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to climb and descend stairs; ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

The **Managed Care Pharmacy Resident** will be responsible for various operational or clinical aspects of the CarelonRx pharmacy program, including Prior Authorizations, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), Lock-in, and Drug Utilization Review (DUR) programs.
**How you will make an impact:**
+ Complete work related to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee including therapeutic class reviews, policy review, drug monographs, and formulary recommendations.
+ Develop strategies to drive formulary utilization and optimization.
+ Collaborate with account management teams to analyze drug usage data, support initiatives to optimize pharmacy spend and improve member and client outcomes.
+ Complete a year-long project targeted at improving member care through proper medication management.
+ Perform weekly clinical prior authorizations and coverage determinations for Medicaid and Medicare.
+ Participate in the pharmaceutical care management process through reviewing member profiles, recommending members for lock-in, case management or disease management.
+ Respond to and resolve issues related to member/provider complaints, claims processing issues and appeals.
**Minimum requirements:**
+ PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy by start date.
+ Registered Pharmacist; must possess an active, unrestricted state license to practice pharmacy as an RPh or able to obtain one within 90 days of start date
+ Authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
