* Implement treatment/behavior/ plans in compliance with Valleys and State guidelines.
* Employee will engage person served in achieving their daily goals and objectives through active treatment.
* Employee will ensure that personal care, change in person serveds health status and hygiene of all is maintained as person served needs dictate.
* Employee will complete all job duties as assigned within the specified timeframe or shift as scheduled. In doing such duties, all Valley Policies and Procedures as well as State and Federal regulations will be complied with in a promptly and timely manner. Examples of such standard duties include but are not limited to completing shower schedules, dressing and changing person served appropriately, preparing and following meals plans and schedules, notifying the supervisor of items needed by the persons served, completing shift to shift reports, following cleaning schedules, accompanying persons served to doctor appointments as schedule, completing van runs, reporting incidents to supervisors, completing van logs and following van procedures, completing work orders, etc.
* Complete and submits program specific documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
* Participate in person served Treatment planning.
* Monitor, maintain and use appropriately, all equipment and supplies.
* Transportation of persons served to appointments/activities in the community using a company vehicle.
* Support and help in the training of new employees.
* Attends in-service trainings, mandated meetings and completes Essential Learning trainings as assigned.
