Job Title: Caregiver / Resident Assistant (PT/FT) Pay: $17.00-$24.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Shifts: Morning, Evening, Overnight; every other weekend About the role English Rose caregivers work in Edina residential care homes with a 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio. This supportive environment allows you to provide meaningful, relationship-focused care to residents living with dementia and complex medical conditions. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care and daily living needs Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundry Lead or join in daily engagement activities Partner with coworkers and families to deliver high-quality care Team support When a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another team member fills in to maintain the 1:3 ratio. Caregivers always have access to 24/7 nurse support for resident care needs.
