Day Shift: 6a-2p / Evening Shift: 2p-10p / Overnight Shift: 10p-6a

Qualifications and Skills
- Must have 1 year of memory care experience if certified as a Nursing Assistant.
- Must have 2 years of memory care experience if not certified as a Nursing Assistant.
- Outgoing, friendly personality. Resident Aides must be able to establish and maintain positive relationships with residents
- NAR/HHA (Nursing Assistant Registered/Home Health Aide) certification is preferred, but not required.
- Age 18 or older is preferred, but not required. You do need to be 18 to operate lift equipment.
- Flexibility is preferred.
Retention Bonus
To remain eligible for the bonus, you must have good attendance and good work relationships with residents, family members and staff.
- If you are hired and commit to working 24 hours or more per week, you will be eligible for the total bonus of $1,500 : paid $750 after the first 6 months and $750 after 12 months of employment.
- If you are hired and commit to working 40 hours per week, you will be eligible for the total bonus of $3,000 : paid $1,500 after the first 6 months and $1,500 after 12 months of employment.
