Resident Aides (RA's) work collaboratively to provide personal care services to older adults in our memory care setting and demonstrate our company mission: to support independence, dignity, and quality of life for the aging. Hours

Day Shift: 6a-2p / Evening Shift: 2p-10p / Overnight Shift: 10p-6a

All shifts are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Shift Differential: $1.00 evening / $2.50 overnight

  • Work as a collaborative team with other RA’s , nursing staff and activities to provide the best level of care to residents.

You are first one to answer a call light or to let the nurse know if there has been any change to the health of the resident. Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have 1 year of memory care experience if certified as a Nursing Assistant.
  • Must have 2 years of memory care experience if not certified as a Nursing Assistant.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality. Resident Aides must be able to establish and maintain positive relationships with residents
  • NAR/HHA (Nursing Assistant Registered/Home Health Aide) certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Age 18 or older is preferred, but not required. You do need to be 18 to operate lift equipment.
  • Flexibility is preferred.

Retention Bonus

To remain eligible for the bonus, you must have good attendance and good work relationships with residents, family members and staff.

  • If you are hired and commit to working 24 hours or more per week, you will be eligible for the total bonus of $1,500 : paid $750 after the first 6 months and $750 after 12 months of employment.
  • If you are hired and commit to working 40 hours per week, you will be eligible for the total bonus of $3,000 : paid $1,500 after the first 6 months and $1,500 after 12 months of employment.

  • Responds to emergency campus calls with other team member(s); Respond to resident call bells as quickly as possible to meet resident needs.
