The Registered Nurse works as part of the ChenMed team to provide care, monitor health conditions, administer medicine, use medical equipment, and educate patients and their families on disease process and self care. The Registered Nurse will build strong relationships with patients and guide them through their complex medical and social challenges. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with the physicians and other members of the Care Team.I
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistently Provides extraordinary customer service to all internal and external customers (including patients and other Chen Medical team members)
Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care.
Performs tests and procedures and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
Monitors for adverse effects and intervene related to established organizational protocols and standings of nursing care.
Interprets patient information and makes critical decisions about needed actions.
Educates patient and family on plan of care and disease process.
Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment, interprets and records findings in accordance with organizational policies and standards of nursing practice.
Provides emotional support to patients and families.
Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.

A minimum of one (1) year of work experience as an RN required
A minimum of three (3) years' overall clinical experience is preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required within first 90 days of employment
This position requires possession and maintenance of a current, valid driver's license
Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
This direct care position supervises a group of 7-10 youth through activities during waking and non-waking hours. While unobtrusively providing external controls necessary to ensure safety and security, Youth Care Specialists guide and teach youth the internal controls needed to live responsibly when and where external controls are relaxed.

Assist and promote activity planning and completion by the assigned group of youths. Ensure that planning, doing, and evaluating are part of the daily routing for each group, and that activities or opportunities for individual recognition are created and used to treatment advantage.
Document daily shift occurrences and frequent population counts as required by local and corporate policy. Make referrals for special needs or medical evaluation, and brief oncoming shifts on events of the past shift.

Requirements:
Education - Two years of college coursework in social or human service field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills - Verbal skills to relate effectively with youth on an adult level, without patronizing, are required. Group counseling and leadership skills are required. Good analytical skills and the ability to distinguish between cause and effect and opinion and fact are also required, as is the capacity to think and act independently. Certification in First Aid, CPR, and appropriate crisis intervention methods must be obtained during the probationary period. Proficiency in group work must be demonstrated during probationary period and remaining employment with YOI. Program Overview

Position Overview
Carry a maximum caseload of 9-10 young adults
Meet with the young adult a minimum of one time per week, increasing and decreasing as directed by the Clinical Supervisor on the basis of clinical need.
Provide on call crisis support to the client 24 hours a day 7 days a week (alternating on-call duties).
Provide accurate and complete information to Clinical Supervisor in a timely manner in the event of a crisis situation.
Implement suggestions of interventions provided by supervisor and/or consultant in a timely manner to be reflected in the next treatment plan cycle.
Participate weekly in all supervision exercises to ensure the appropriate conceptualization and implementation of treatment.
Provide all therapeutic services in accordance with Youth Villages' Mission and Values and LifeSet Model Principles.
Conduct on-going assessment of the young adult's needs from a strength focused, solution-based perspective.
Engage and align with the young adult and their support system to elicit full participation in treatment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Behavioral Health Billing Specialist to join our administrative team in Cordova, TN. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of medical billing experience, with behavioral health billing experience strongly preferred. This is an in-person, full-time role that plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for services provided by our clinicians.
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit insurance claims for behavioral health and psychiatric services (both HCFA 1500 and UB-04 when applicable)
Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits for behavioral health services
Monitor aging reports and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
Correct and resubmit denied or rejected claims promptly
Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the practice management system
Work with patients on billing inquiries, outstanding balances, and payment plans
Coordinate with providers and front desk staff to ensure documentation accuracy
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, payer policies, and relevant state/federal regulations
Generate financial and productivity reports as needed
Assist in credentialing and payer enrollment processes (if needed)

Qualifications
