For Serious Injury (SI) Cases: Follows up with Records Clerk in order to obtain the police report, establishes liability, requests the policy limits of the defendant, obtains the client declarations page, obtains any important evidence (i.e. PD photos, injury photos, videos, witness statements, etc.) - For Pre-Procedure Evaluations: Drafts the PPE questionnaire, obtains the reports, bills and estimated cost or each procedure, obtains the defendant's policy limits, runs and ISO on the client, and provides all information to the Lead Attorney for their review. For surgery evaluations runs a Criminal Background Check (CBC). -Contacts client to over the ISO and/or CBC with client to confirm the information and/or obtain any pre-ret treatment regarding any previous accidents. Adds a note regarding the ISO/CBC review. -CM will obtain medical provider full contact information, prior attorney information and provide this to their respective RC for cases where there are pre-existing accidents as they will request the records. Consults and advises clients regarding loss wages claims and credit issues. Resolves problems. Consults with Pre-Lit Manager regarding claims process and special, unusual, or complex circumstances. Participate in safety planning with clients to ensure clients have knowledge and access to crisis intervention services after hours. • Maintain contact with client's family and/or significant other support persons as appropriate. • Maintain productivity of 5 hours of billable service per day and submit progress notes in electronic health records within same day direct services. Documentation is to be completed and submitted accurately and in a timely manner. Conduct building walk through inspections during move in, move out, and breaks. Submit work orders in a timely manner. Work with facilities staff to resolve maintenance issues. Staff Representation and Trainings: The RA is expected to attend and actively participate in all trainings, meetings, and orientations for the position each year. Attend one-on-one meetings with manager. Attend all-departmental, cross-departmental, and school-wide meetings, sessions, and workshops, as required. Attend minimum of one student performance each month. Assist in safety drills and training. Perform other duties as assigned. Administrative Coordinator (Approx. 50%): Provide general administrative support to a variety of departments as assigned, including: scheduling, data entry, filing, and reception. Assist with event planning and logistics across campus. Support front desk coverage or office reception, as needed. Draft correspondence and assist with communication efforts. Work on project-based tasks related to seasonal or departmental needs. Assist with preparation and execution of major institutional events and summer programming. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism across all assignments. Communicate and coordinate effectively with multiple teams and supervisors. Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A bachelor's degree in Music, Dance, or Arts Management is preferred but not required. Combined experience/education may be substituted for minimum education. Some prior administrative and residence life experience supporting a fast-paced environment and/or event logistics desirable. Experience performing administrative office functions in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing event logistics is desirable. Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and workflows. Ability to adapt to changing assignments and work with a wide range of departments. Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work a very flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality of information. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to work closely with a team. Must be able to maintain professional boundaries whenever dealing with students and representing the School, including adhering to policies outlined in the Staff Handbook and compliance with the School's Non-Fraternization Policy. CPR/AED certification (may become certified after being hired). PHYSICAL: Must be able to ascend and descend multiple flights of stairs without assistance to support students and other residents in emergency situations. The position requires the ability to see and hear, and carry objects up to 25 pounds. Must be able to feel and use hands to type and grasp objects with fingers. Primarily sedentary with intermittent standing, walking, bending, and stooping. WORKING CONDITIONS: Primarily indoor office and residence hall environment; frequent contact with and interruptions by individuals in person or by phone. Compensation and Benefits: This is a full-time, non-exempt, onsite, working Monday - Friday, evenings, weekends, and holidays, 40 hours per week (plus the required minimum 30-minute meal break).
