The firm currently manages 150-200 new cases each month and maintains an active litigation docket of approximately 25-30 cases per attorney. The legal team includes 3 attorneys (adding a 4th soon) and 8 experienced paralegals and litigation assistants who collaborate closely to deliver top-tier client outcomes. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized Case Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work on complex, life-changing personal injury cases. You'll work directly with the Trial Attorneys and leadership team, managing day-to-day case flow and ensuring seamless communication between clients, providers, and attorneys. Depending on experience, you'll either independently manage 50-80 active cases or take on a team lead role, overseeing 100-150 cases with support from two dedicated case assistants. In both capacities, you'll play a key role in preparing cases for settlement or litigation. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation handoff. Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates, gather documentation, and ensure a positive client experience. For surgery evaluations runs a Criminal Background Check (CBC). -Contacts client to over the ISO and/or CBC with client to confirm the information and/or obtain any pre-ret treatment regarding any previous accidents. Adds a note regarding the ISO/CBC review. -CM will obtain medical provider full contact information, prior attorney information and provide this to their respective RC for cases where there are pre-existing accidents as they will request the records. The individual will report jointly to the Manager of Residence Life and designated supervisors within the department(s) to which they are temporarily assigned. The Residential Advisor & Administrative Coordinator must live on campus in the Residence Hall at The Colburn School (a one-bedroom apartment is provided as a non-taxable benefit) and must not hold a second job outside of Colburn. This is a year-round, full-time position which also supports an active schedule of summer conferences, festivals, and programs. Duties and responsibilities: Residence Life (Approx. 50%): As a Residential Advisor (“RA”), the individual will live on campus and help oversee a residential community of approximately 160 students, ranging from high school to graduate school.
