Summary of Responsibilities
A Behavioral Health Practitioner (BHP) works under the direction and supervision of a Clinical Manager, providing community-based behavioral health services to individuals with psychiatric illness, substance use issues and/or co-occurring disorders. The BHP must be open and willing to work with culturally and gender diverse groups and individuals to facilitate goals of self-efficacy. This position requires a high degree of self-initiative and motivation. The schedule is flexible, as determined by the person served' s needs and may include early morning, evening or weekend appointments. The position may involve services provided in the designated BHS clinic, driving to persons served homes or various locations within the community where services are provided (if services are offered on-site according to the program and funding source.) It may include telehealth services utilizing both audio and visual communication with individuals. BHPs provide individual, family and group counseling, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, initial assessments to determine level of care, treatment planning, case presentations, presenting psychoeducational information to individuals regarding diagnosis, symptoms, medications, relapse prevention and safety planning. The BHP provides services to both children and adults. The position also includes participating in multidisciplinary case conferences and supervision, treatment plan reviews, developing aftercare treatment and all required documentation utilizing Collaborative Documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Primary focus is on providing comprehensive clinical services and therapy which includes biopsychosocial assessments, screening and placement for level of care, diagnosis, individual psychotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, brief interventions utilizing evidence-based care and tools and educational counseling services to a caseload of person's served consisting of adults and children.
•Community- based mental health services which includes services in the persons served home, school or community location in addition to office and telehealth clinical services.
•BHP Licensed Psychotherapists are expected to complete the Certificate of Professional Initiating Involuntary Examination form for any individual meeting Baker Act criteria in their presence.
•BHPs and mandatory providers are expected to adhere to all Florida mandatory reporting laws in addition to but not limited to child abuse and elderly abuse.
•Complete all required documentation utilizing Collaborative Documentation and all agency formats/standards
•Maintain on-going relationships with community agencies and function as a liaison with identified individuals/organizations
•Participate in community education/activities program presentations as required
JOB DESCRIPTION
•Participate in on-going improvement and utilization review activities as well as BHS scheduled training, meetings, and clinical supervision sessions
•Adhere to training requirements of BHS
•Utilize the current data/clinical computer program (Electronic Health Records System) necessary to perform billing and clinical documentation
•Provide services that are medically/clinically necessary
•Continually assess for potential risk of crisis, suicide, self-harm and/or homicide.
•Collaborate with individual on a clinically appropriate safety plan
•Collaborates with other providers on the person's served integrated team other treatment team members regarding person's served progress and needs.
•Prepare and works with the person served in transition/discharge planning and relapse prevention
•Follow instructions regarding limitation for services brought by utilization management (UM Department)
•Adhere to the high standards of health care ethics and quality within this professional field, strictly following agency rules and protocols as well as established regulations.
•Attend and participate in supervision sessions as scheduled; applying evidenced-based practices that are embraced by BHS Behavioral Health Practice Guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide program orientation to youth upon arrival and complete intake;
Provide basic needs to youth including but not limited to preparing and supervising meals in accordance with menu, clothing, hygiene products, shower and bedroom assignment;
Monitor clothing, shelter supplies, allowances and trips;
Must provide direct care services to youth to ensure that ratios and appropriate supervision levels are continuously met as per state and federal requirements;
Planning and implementing educational events, acculturation activities and recreational program outside the facility and other meaningful experience for youth in conjunction with the team;
Provide therapeutic care of the special needs' youth in care and when necessary, appropriate crisis intervention consistent with training guidelines;
Utilize behavior management tools and document youth behavior and share information with appropriate staff regarding youth's program participation;
Develop positive rapport with youth while serving as a role model to create a safe and caring environment;

Attending case conferences and other team meetings.

Description: The Affiliated Entities Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to various entities in the DPR Family of Companies (FoC) in matters related to manufacturing, supply chain and international sourcing, industrial construction, prefabrication, and product design and development. This role will be responsible for overseeing legal matters, supporting contract development and negotiations, managing legal risk, ensuring regulatory compliance and assisting in dispute resolution. Understanding business operations and processes is a key element of this role. This individual will be a part of the DPR Enterprise Risk Team and collaborate with FoC leadership.
Specific Duties:
* Work with DPR subject matter experts across the FoC to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including licensing, certifications, inspections, UL standards, labor, safety and environmental requirements
* Advise and support entity leaders and operations teams in areas of manufacturing and prefabrication
* Provide contract support related to manufacturing and prefabrication, including the development of contract templates, management of agreements with third-party vendors, contract review and negotiation
* Advise on and support efforts in claims development, analysis, defense and resolution
* Manage dispute resolution, including supporting negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation
* Review internal processes to identify potential legal risks across manufacturing and prefabrication operations and recommend risk mitigation strategies and business process improvements
* Collaborate with DPR's Insurance Team and provide guidance on insurance, indemnities and claims
* Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on strategic business decisions and emerging legal issues in product manufacturing, prefabrication, supply chain and international sourcing.
* Develop internal guidance applicable to manufacturing, prefabrication, supply chain and international sourcing
* Identify training needs, prepare training materials and provide necessary training
* Work with the DPR Risk Team to provide specialized support in applicable Risk Assessments
* Provide guidance on legal aspects of production, procurement, and logistics related to prefabricated components
* Collaborate with Risk Team and operations to review project delivery models that involve both prefabrication and field installation for legal exposure and risk mitigation
* Support development and protection of proprietary prefabrication processes and tools
* Provide counsel on legal issues related to internationally sourced materials including regulatory requirements and applicable tariffs

Qualifications
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
* Licensed and in good standing with a state bar
* A minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience in construction- related manufacturing and/or prefabrication
* Both law firm and in-house legal experience within a construction, engineering, or manufacturing company strongly preferred
* Position location: Flexible so long as within close enough proximity to a DPR office location
