Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the supervision of the Radiologist and supervisor, performs diagnostic and therapeutic angiographic procedures for patients ages adolescents through geriatric. Generates appropriate paperwork including requisitions, film jackets, charges and provides a complete history of patient. Responsible for maintaining expert technical and patient-care skills and provide quality diagnostic results. Responsible for supply/inventory management.
What qualifications you will need:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or completion of an AMA approved Radiology Technology training program.
Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license or current certification by ARRT with advanced certification in Interventional Radiology (IR).
Must maintain current registry. BLS required.
ACLS and PALS Provider Certification required for RN's within the first 3 months of hire during orientation period.
Attends continuing education activities to maintain knowledge and skill level.
Prefer 2 years recent hospital angiographic interventional experience.
Skills commensurate with formal training required.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Counsel for our Tax Law Department within Saudi Aramco's Law Organization.
The Tax Law Department is responsible for providing tax legal advice to Saudi Aramco's business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures while working closely with other members of the Law Organization.
The Tax Counsel's primary role is to ensure the provision of high-quality tax legal advice to internal clients and coordinate with external tax advisors. This includes providing tax advice on transactions as well as day-to-day business operations, reviewing outside counsel draft submissions, reviewing, and preparing draft responses to government or court correspondence, and assisting in handling sensitive correspondence and tax legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Advising internal clients by analyzing facts and conducting legal research, preparing legal analysis and opinions.
Planning tax efficient structures for major projects, and advising and making recommendations to Company management regarding tax and legal issues.
Reviewing current legislation, treaties, and governmental regulations pertinent to Company operations and advising Law Organization management and senior-level attorneys with regard to the same.
Assisting and coordinating with outside tax advisors with respect to ongoing transactions.
Providing responses to inquiries raised in connection with tax examinations of Saudi Aramco and its subsidiaries.
Minimum Requirements
As a successful candidate you will have:
A Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent.
Current admission to general practice before the highest court of the state or country of which you are a citizen or resident.
An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred. Energy industry (oil and gas, petrochemical, power, or oil field services) is also preferred.
Minimum of 9 years experience in tax gained in a leading US law firm, Big 4 accounting firm, and/or an in-house tax department of a multinational company.
Demonstrated ability to engage business line leaders to drive implementation of new procedures and legal requirements in a timely manner.

The Social Work Case Manager will support the Social Work Department in the care and treatment of participants and to maintain the highest physical, mental and psycho-social well-being of each participant. To serve as a liaison to community agencies on behalf of Senior CommUnity Care PACE. QUALIFICATIONS:

Meets with participants, families, IDT and other community members to coordinate referrals for participants to access resources in the community.
Assists participants with completing paperwork and gathering necessary documents to complete resource applications.
Implements case management or other Social Work interventions as assessed and delegated by Master's Level Social Worker (MSW). Works in tandem with MSW to ensure interventions are provided within scope of practice and to meet the psychosocial needs of the PACE participants.
May assist the Center Director or Social Worker with coordinating invitation of Participants, Families and/or IDT members for Participant Care Conferences.
May assist IDT with review of partnership agreement and to ensure participant agreement with PACE Care Plan. Will ensure Annual Packet is completed with each participant on an annual basis.
Initiates reporting and documentation in the medical record.
Maintains accurate and appropriate social service documentation in the electronic medical record.
Prepares written summaries of conferences and meetings as necessary.
Develops and promotes the department through marketing efforts throughout the professional and social community.
Maintains a current Community Resource and Advocacy Agency File.
Visits referral agencies to share information about PACE and how SW Assistant may support participants with referrals. Gathers information from referral agencies to understand how referrals are made and any supportive documents necessary for participants to qualify for services from referral agencies.
Provides community resource information to participants and families relating to housing, food assistance, utility assistance, legal aide and other social or behavioral health resources as indicated.
Serves on committees as required by Center Director or Executive Director.
Advises the Center Director and/or Social Workers of problems or concerns of participants or their family members; provides resources or referrals as requested. Keeps IDT apprised of any significant changes to the participants' health or condition that may affect ability to live safely in the community.
Works with Social Services Department, QA and Compliance to assist development of statistics for operation of department.
Assists with education to participants, families, staff, etc. on topics such as bill of rights, feedback and appeals process.
Assist with and coordinates information and referral for participants which may involve completions of forms and applications.
Attends required in-services and completes assigned online modules.
Performs other duties or special assignments as directed by the Center Director.
