What you'll do
As a member of our culture team, you'll support the school in maintaining a positive and inclusive school environment by carrying out strategies to support student behavior, promote social-emotional learning, and foster a sense of belonging and respect among all members of the school community.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of schoolwide culture systems, including behavior, attendance, and restorative practices
Provide direct behavioral and social-emotional support to students through check-ins, interventions, and relationship-building
Collaborate with teachers and culture staff to ensure consistent expectations and responses
Build strong relationships with students and families to address behavior and engagement needs
Support the tracking and use of culture-related data (attendance, behavior trends, interventions) to inform student supports
