Description As a member of Apple's commercial litigation team, you will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Rather, you will personally be formulating and driving strategy as well as working with a number of cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment, and a trial-focused approach. Travel is anticipated. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests. Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including experience with competition-related litigation, subpoenas, and other investigations. JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar. Preferred Qualifications Strong technology interest and aptitude. Trial experience and experience beyond competition related litigation. Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $180,300 and $271,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. For the past five years, DCPL has offered peer support to customers experiencing homelessness, mental health, and substance use challenges. Currently, three DC Department of Behavioral Health Certified Peer Support Specialists, led by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, provide emotional support and referrals to services to DCPL's unhoused customers and those with co-occurring disorders. The Mental Health Specialist is part of an interdisciplinary team that includes the Health & Human Services Manager, the Health & Human Services Assistant Manager, and three Certified Peer Support Specialists. Responsibilities include providing a wide variety of social work supports, focusing on making connections with customers inside DCPL library branches. Customers seeking services could include adults experiencing homelessness, adults with dual-diagnosis, transition-aged youth from 18-24 years, teens, and families. All Capitol Debate staff are considered Camp Counselors first and foremost. Job Overview Capitol Debate Summer Camps is seeking Junior Instructors\/Residential Advisors for our summer camps running from May 31 to August 6, 2026. We host camps in 15 cities throughout the country, offering a great travel opportunity. This role combines instructional duties with responsibilities in residential life. Applicants must be able and willing to live on campus during the camp duration. Staff must be available a minimum of 6 weeks during the summer to be considered.Responsibilities Instructional Duties not limited to: Mentor and assist with the planning and implementation of residential activities Help students with research, writing their cases or presentations, and provide feedback Judge student competitions and help facilitate student showcases Residential Life Duties not limited to: Act as a mediator, encourager, cheerleader, mentor, and motivator in residential life activities Ensure active student participation and supervise student safety in all activities and dorm life. Conduct room checks at curfew and monitor residential halls until midnight for student safety Assist with planning and implementation of residential activities.
