Essential Healthcare Solutions is seeking Residential Coordinators who are responsible for managing the daily operations of detainee housing units within an ICE detention facility. This role ensures that living conditions meet federal standards, detainee needs are addressed promptly, and staff are trained to provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of residential housing units, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with ICE Performance-Based National Detention Standards (PBNDS).
Supervise residential staff and coordinate shift coverage to maintain 24/7 oversight.
Monitor detainee well-being and respond to housing-related complaints or concerns.
Facilitate communication between detainees and facility departments (e.g., medical, case management, legal).
Ensure proper documentation of incidents, housing assignments, and detainee interactions.
Support intake and orientation processes for new detainees.
Coordinate with maintenance and custodial teams to address facility issues.
Assist in emergency response planning and drills related to residential areas.
Promote a respectful and secure environment for all detainees, including vulnerable populations.
Participate in audits, inspections, and reporting activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential coordination, corrections, or detention operations.
DHS SSBI clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ICE detention standards and trauma-informed care practices.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other relevant languages) preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, resided in the US for 3 years in the past 5 years.
Preferred Qualifications
DHS or ICE experience
Has undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 or higher; has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than 24 months.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
Work is performed in a secure detention facility.
Requires availability for evening, weekend, and on-call hours.
Exposure to emotionally challenging and high-pressure situations.
Work Hours: Shifts (7 am - 4 pm; 4 pm - 12 am; 12 am - 7 am)
Salary: $24/hr.

Job Summary:
The Child & Family Protection Specialist (CFPCS) provides secure and humane treatment and service to Unaccompanied Children (UAC) and/or families, while accompanying them on domestic or international flights and/or via ground transportation to facilities all over the country. During these trips, the CFPCS use their language skills to communicate in a way that is culturally sensitive, while fostering a safe and comfortable environment.
The CFPCS follows and complies with Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with contract requirements; secures UAC and/or families personal property, to include any medication, if needed. The CFPCS is responsible for providing an orientation to the UAC and/or families, maintains constant line of sight and sound, and sets behavioral expectations. The CFPCS reports on trip progress and enters each milestone at the beginning of each trip, during the trip, and at the end of each trip.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safe and secure transportation of unaccompanied minor(s) and/or families in a humane manner and in accordance with MVM's and customer's established policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsible for picking up UACs and families at different location points and transporting them to final destinations in a safe and efficient manner.
Provides orientation to all minors and/or families in a language they understand, explaining the transportation process and answering questions.
Maintain current training and certification requirements in accordance with state and ICE/ERO standards.
Reviews all documentation to ensure it contains all information needed for travel.
Follow property and tag process, ensuring all required documents are accurately prepared and completed.
Completes, verifies, and provides required documentation to approved parties.
Must be able to de-escalate, in both controlled and uncontrolled situations with uncooperative individuals.
Provides approved clothing, hygiene supplies, meals, snacks, water, and drinks for the minors and/or families for the duration of the assignment.
Completes applicable inspections, to include vehicle safety and security inspections.
Must follow Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines as required.
Ensures the safety of all passengers during the transport; responsible for ensuring all occupants wear seatbelts.
Ensures car seat and/or booster seat is properly installed prior to a minor entering the vehicle.
Must maintain “line of sight and sound” supervision of each minor and/or families during transport.
Logs transportation details in MVM's proprietary system, such as medication, meals, communication, delays, etc. in milestones at the beginning, during and end of transport.
Reports into the Command Center/Shared Services and Site at established check points and provides updates on any changes, disruptions, or concerns throughout the transportation route.
Records medication for minors in milestones, if applicable, to include the type of medication, the number of times the medication is administered throughout the transport and any irregularities.
Reports all emergency situations following company's SOP and processes.
Conduct a headcount of all customers before departure, during transit, and after each stop as required.
Maintain a constant line of sight with assigned individuals for the full duration of each assignment.
Performs program-specific duties involving the use of force and restraints, as per SOP guidelines.
Must follow all pick-up and escort procedures; conduct pat-down searches as required for each assignment.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols at all times.
Maintains close communication with Command Center/Shared Services, and Site leadership during travel.
Provide coaching as needed; act as a mentor and resource for recently hired staff, offering guidance on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Must be available to support out-of-state assignments and Temporary Duty (TDY) assignments as required by organization needs.
Must be able to travel on short notice and on a frequent basis, both domestically and internationally, via air and/or ground transportation.
Must maintain readiness to perform assigned responsibilities at temporary duty locations.
Stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods of time.
Frequently lift/carry luggage or other items overhead weighing up to 40 lbs.
Drive a 15-passenger van (also known as a commercial motor vehicle) as needed based on operational needs.
Must be flexible to work holidays, overnight, weekends, and multiple shifts to support a 24/7 operation; work prolonged hours.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
Associate degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college (a high school diploma with one or more years of extra relevant experience may be substituted for an associate degree).
Have at least two years of documented experience in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area; as well as certification, licensure, and credentials applicable to the professional accreditation of the position if applicable (a minimum of three years of experience in a related field is required when a high school diploma with one or more years of relevant experience is substituted for an associate degree).
Demonstrate experience applicable to the goals and objectives of this program sufficient to communicate with other staff, and appropriate for a similar program environment.
Must be bilingual; speak, read and write in English and Spanish.
Requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and customers.
Ability to take technical direction and feedback from various sources.
Committed to providing outstanding customer service and representation of MVM in a professional manner.
Must be available for domestic and international travel.

Essential Functions
Assist and collaborate with the Department of Guidance and Counseling in the implementation of the district guidance and counseling plan, including the establishment of short and long term counseling goals. Collect and submit counselor data at both the campus and Central Office.
Plan, implement, and evaluate a balanced comprehensive developmental guidance program at each campus to serve all students, including special needs students.
Coordinate ongoing drug awareness programs, assist in student achievement through individual and/or group counseling and participate in the development and implementation of in-service and public relations programs.
Collect appropriate data on drop-outs, provide follow-up data on graduates and student referrals for counseling, General Education Homebound, and Special Education services.
Collect and track the mandated student-volunteer hours (High School only).
Assist the Testing Coordinator and Principal with the various mandated tests.
Increase the number of students graduating from High School, prepared for post-secondary work (high school), and/or increase the number of students transitioning from one grade level to the next (all levels).
Establish and assist in the vertical alignment of the counseling program PK-12.
Establish and integrate a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) component at all YISD campuses.
Document student audits, to include SPED, CTE, and ELL coding.
Collaborate with Central Office, campus administrators, other counselors, mental health and social agencies, parents and students in providing consistency and continuity in the guidance and counseling program.
Participate in a minimum of four professional development trainings yearly as provided for and requested by the Department of Guidance and Counseling, to include Career Clusters/Career Pathways; Special Education (SPED), English Language Learners (ELL) and Gifted and Talented (G/T) yearly updates; counseling topics, such as bullying, abuse/neglect, suicide prevention and intervention, student audits/PGP maintenance and other cogent topics as needed.
Proactively facilitate strategies on ADHD, classroom management, 504, and counselor/CIS roles/duties in collaboration with appropriate academic departments.
Serve as part of the Campus Crisis Management Team/Emergency Operations Plan (EOP).
Accept responsibility for personal improvement and professional growth.
Attendance at the work site is required to meet essential functions of the job.
Other Responsibilities
Participate in professional development activities as required by the district.
Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties; support district/department goals.
Maintain a professional code of ethics and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master's degree; Texas School Counselor certification (Pre-K through 12); two (2) years of full-time creditable teaching experience (Pre-K through 12). The Family Services Worker (FSW) provides trauma informed, strengths based case management and direct services to foster care or adoptive children, parents, and their families, including but not limited to individual counseling, prevention, administration, advocacy on behalf of the child, parents, and/or families with social services, the court, police, school, and other medical and mental health providers and professionals in accordance to Agency and licensing standards and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
Conduct regular home visits and on-going assessment to assess child safety, wellbeing and placement stability to ensure foster care children and homes remain viable for placement and meeting their specific needs
Develop and implement a case plan to establish individualized goals focusing on healing and permanency using appropriate and necessary resources to maintain placement, minimize risk and provide for the safety of the children.
Ensure children's voices and needs are prioritized in case planning while advocating for necessary services in collaboration with their service planning team to provide comprehensive care.
Provide emergency and on-call services when needed
Provide supportive services and/or other resources for foster care children with emotional, social, behavioral, or mental health needs
Assess the safety of the child; take the necessary steps (actions) to protect the child if deemed appropriate in accordance with Agency standards and federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Provide stabilization services (crisis intervention) for foster children, parents, and their families in a timely manner
Determine action to be taken to remove or to reduce an immediate threat to the safety of the child; arrange for temporary placement in another foster care or group home or treatment facility
Follow a formal process for case reviews and informal transfer between agencies and referral sources that appropriately meet the needs of the child, parent, and/or family
Obtain needed information and complete regular reports regarding foster care children progress
Work closely with management, staff, service providers and professionals, and various local community systems (education, medical, behavioral health, etc.,) resources to ensure foster care children, parents, and families are receiving ongoing and services
Accurately document all relevant and appropriate information related to the child, parents, and/or families in accordance with Agency standards, state licensing requirements, and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements

Offer emotional support and crisis intervention as well as assist in conflict resolution and mediation between foster children, their caregivers, members of the service planning team and outside stakeholders.

Must be at least 21 Years of Age
No experience necessary-WILL TRAIN. Must have a valid CDL
If no experience-MUST HAVE 120 HOURS VIA TRUCK DRIVING SCHOOL
No Sap drivers
Clean criminal background
No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years
No 15 mph over speeding tickets
No year long gaps of unemployment in the last 7 years unless in school-self employment has to be verifiable
Can't be terminated from the last trucking position
Must be able to pass a hair test
No DUI/DWI
