A Day in the Life of the BCBA
In this role, you'll lead and support individualized ABA programs for children ages 2-20 in a collaborative, trauma-informed environment. You'll work closely with families and clinical staff to design ethical, functional treatment plans that promote autonomy, wellness, and meaningful life skills. Your work directly supports our client's mission to help children live the lives they want to live, within their families and communities.
Responsibilities include:
• Design, oversee, and evaluate individualized ABA treatment programs
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to clinical staff and new BCBAs
• Serve as the clinical leader for your assigned center-based team
• Collaborate with families using open, transparent, and compassionate communication
• Ensure treatment aligns with trauma-informed, child-focused clinical standards
• Meet or exceed performance metrics developed with leadership

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification or about to be certified
• Meets BACB supervision requirements
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 8 students with a mix of younger and older children
• Comfortable providing a minimum of 15 hours per week up to 40 hours per week, per family, and achieving 25 billable hours per week
• Ability to work primarily in the clinic in the Colorado Springs area
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

REQUIREMENTS
No experience is needed, but the Driver MUST have a valid Class A CDL driver's license and 120 hours in a CDL School.
Trainees will be with a mentor 4-6 Weeks making $650.00 per week while in training, During your time with the Mentor you will be running ALL 48 States. There is no Home time during the 4 to 6 weeks with the Mentor. You will be sleeping in the Truck. If you are going OTR after your Mentor Training you can expect to average about $1,100.00 a week with your base pay of .45 or .46 CPM depending on if your West or East. There is a Sliding Pay Scale that depends on length of haul.
If a Driver completed school and training with another company and did not have any moving violations or preventable accidents during the time they have held a CDL, they can participate in a modified training program with a mentor.
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have held a regular US driver's license for the last 12 consecutive months.
If the Driver is Experienced CPMs depends on number of months/years driving solo with CDL A (to be discussed).

DUAL DIAGNOSIS COUNSELOR
The Dual Diagnosis Counselor is responsible for providing direct therapeutic services, group and individual, to dually diagnosed, justice involved individuals needing mental health competency restoration supports. It is essential to have thorough knowledge of substance use and mental health disorders, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and related evidenced based assessment tools and treatment. This role requires good judgement and flexibility in responding to crisis to follow up with supportive services to participants, provide focus and directed oversight, communication, and coordination. This is a 24/7 program and may require night and weekend coverage for the safety and well-being of all clients residing in the facility. Shifts may change to meet the requirements of daily operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works collaboratively with the client to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses priority needs of the client, an agreed upon plan of action, and desired treatment outcomes.
Utilizes approved curriculum tofacilitateweekly groups and/or provides individual treatment to residents.

Assists victims with navigating the system to obtain the services desired and refer victims to the appropriate services for continued care.

Provides crisis intervention and a warm hand off to community resources for victims who are not eligible for services through a Military Treatment Facility.
Provides information on victim rights, services and resources available on and/or off the installation.
Coordinates with the (FAPM) to develop procedures that ensure victims of domestic abuse receive timely and appropriate information.
When contacted by a victim of domestic abuse, make contact either telephonically within 20 minutes or face to face within 60 minutes (when requested) by the victim.
Explains FAP disclosure and reporting options during the initial contact to ensure that the victim makes informed decisions about disclosing information regarding the abuse.
Ensures that first responders, (Emergency Medical Services and or law enforcement etc.) are contacted immediately during crisis situations where there is imminent harm to the victim, their children or program staff..
Operates within established guidelines of the FAP and the Victim Advocacy Program, AR 608-18.
Conducts domestic abuse training and awareness programs to educate Soldiers and Family members and Civilians.
Understanding of Problematic Sexual Behavior- Child and Youth (PSB-CY)
Guide client families through the investigative process, encourage their participation in the process, and help them understand their rights as a victim of a crime.
Formulate appropriate intervention strategies to improve a family's coping skills during a child abuse case investigation and prosecution process.
Identify and make every attempt to meet the needs of children and families who may be in crisis
Educate non-offending caregivers about the dynamics and possible long-term consequences of child abuse
Assess family needs and encourage non-offending caregivers to participate in recommended services and counseling.
Provide information and assistance with completing Crime Victims' Compensation applications.
Serve as a liaison between the family and multidisciplinary team members as needed.
Assist multidisciplinary team members in identifying client needs and providing recommendations.
Represent the child and family's best interest at multidisciplinary team case review meetings.
Accompany non-offending caregivers to court or other appointments, when requested.
Participate in relevant community awareness, campaigns and prevention events.
Maintain ongoing case management, all data entry must be completed within three business days.
Ensure daily contact with a victim while in crisis and no less than every 30 days when not in crisis.
When a victim departs the servicing area, case shall be transferred as appropriate, when advocacy services are completed, the case will be closed as appropriate, with concurrence from the FAPM.
Part Time Positions: part time positions vary in hours from 12 - 35 hours per week. Flexible schedule is required for this position, as you will be asked to work primarily nights, weekends, and some hours during the day, depending on the needs of the installation. Rocky Mountain Health Care Services (RMHCS) Counselors are responsible for providing assessments and individual/group counseling sessions to RMHCS participants. Conducts psychosocial, and behavioral assessments of program participants and writes professional reports that are accurate and timely.
Evaluates the needs of each participant and develops a treatment plan appropriate to the participants goals and level of functioning, mental health or cognitive status and care needs.
Participates in daily IDT meetings and is prepared to share necessary information to support the teams efforts in integrated care management.
Assists in the care coordination between assisted and skilled facilities on the behalf of participants.
Assists with the collection of data on health services and participant outcomes, especially as it related to goals, group progress and any research projects.
Coordinates ongoing training programs for both internal and external customers on behavioral health issues, as requested.
Responds to previously active participants in moments of crisis, even if they are not currently seeking counseling.
Keeps thorough and accurate progress notes and submits them within the specified time frames.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado required
A minimum of one-year experience working with the frail/elderly population required
Experience with severe and persistent mental illness and personality disorders required
Thorough working knowledge of the DSM-V/ICD-10 codes required
Experience working in a non-restraint, person-centered environment required
CACII preferred
Experience and training in psychological assessments, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Substance Abuse, and trauma-informed counseling highly desired

Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Progress Monitoring: Collaborate with the supervising BCBAs to track and report client progress towards behavioral goals and adjust intervention plans as needed.
Behavior Reduction Techniques: Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques and strategies as outlined in the behavior intervention plan to address challenging behaviors.
Skill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills, communication abilities, and appropriate social behaviors.
Parent/Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on implementing behavior intervention techniques and strategies in the home environment.
Professionalism: Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis while maintaining client confidentiality.
Documentation: Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and session notes.
Communication: Maintain open communication with the BCBAs, parents/caregivers, and other team members involved in the client's treatment.
Qualifications
Passion for working with children and helping others.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Must meet all BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification.
Ability to pass the required RBT certification exam within the training period.
Must obtain and maintain required RBT certification through the BACB.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
Physical requirements
Physical capacity to move quickly and respond to potentially aggressive behavior and
de-escalate situations with clients.

Ensure case conceptualizations and diagnoses are consistent with presentation of client and documented behaviors. Demonstrate the ability to appropriately assess and address household, community, and individual risks; and, able to ask for supervision with assessing risk.
Demonstrate the ability to use crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation skills. Cover the on-call crisis line in a rotating schedule with MST team.
Experience:
Direct use of pragmatic (i.e. structural, strategic, and functional) family therapies.
Individual therapist with children and adults using cognitive behavior techniques.
Previous work providing in-home or community-based therapy services
Experience working in a team environment and ability to accept and provide feedback in a team environment as part of ongoing clinical development.
Qualications:
