Job Description Share Christ and have a blast with the campers in your group as you build relationships! Pay from $320/week for assistant counselors up to $500/week for senior counselors (ages 18+). Room and board provided. Assistant camp counselors (starting at age 17) gain experience working with campers with guidance from senior counselors and camp leadership. Senior camp counselors (starting at age 18) lead small groups of campers with support from camp leadership and assistant counselors.
