Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in family support, grief counseling, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or organ donation settings. Backgrounds that demonstrate advanced interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to guide individuals through complex, emotionally charged decisions Knowledge of the organ donation process and relevant regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
