Education & Experience
Associate’s degree in Human Service field plus 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred), OR high school diploma/GED plus 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities. Supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Basic word processing and e-mail skills required. Knowledge of Office of People with Developmental Disabilities services preferred.
Conditions of Employment
Must have valid driver’s license and transportation necessary to meet program needs. Must be able to lift 75 pounds.

In this position you will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the new residential solar incentive program. This position will lead design, development, oversight, marketing and implementation of a new tariff-based solar program. You will be responsible for all reporting required by state regulators and oversight of all vendors and partner organizations utilized in executing this program. You will manage a team of analysts that will engage with customers, manage program payments, approve program applications and assist in the process of continuously improving program operations.
Designs and coordinates new Eversource residential solar incentive program in Connecticut including program delivery, monitoring and evaluation in accordance with regulatory requirements.Recommends appropriate resources to implement cost-effective program, policies, procedures and processes.Creates budgets and implementation plan for new solar program. Tracks financial and operational performance of all program elements.Develops RFPs for selection of outside vendors to help administer and deliver the residential program, as applicable. Manages relationships and oversight of these vendors.Designs appropriate reporting for both internal and external review of program results.Ensures compliance with state regulations and Company policies, changing operating procedures as necessary. Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Policy, Financial, related discipline or equivalent experience. Master's Degree strongly preferred.
