In 1981, Sally Lapides, co-founder of Residential Properties Ltd. noticed that the real estate market was changing and sought to build a company where every aspect of the business was fashioned through the concept of "quality" service.
In 1986 the company commissioned William Kite to design the signature building at the corner of Wickenden and Benefit Streets that is home to the company’s Providence Sales Team, Corporate Headquarters and Relocation Division.
In January of 1989, the company extended its reach, opening a Relocation Division and becoming a member of RELO, now Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
Amber was one of HomeLight’s Buyer Center editors and has been a real estate content expert since 2014.
Recently, RPL was included on both the 2020 Real Trends Top 500 and the RIS Media Top 500 Power Broker Rankings - two prestigious lists of the largest and most successful residential real estate brokerages in the entire nation.
