Saber has been an industry leader for over 34 years and we are GROWING. We are looking for several Outside Sales Professionals to RUN company-provided leads (Foundation Repair, Crawlspace Repair & Encapsulation, Concrete Lifting & Leveling, & More) and CLOSE sales. We provide high quality leads (customers contact us for appointments and we also have a strong marketing department generating well over 400 leads per month) so all you need to do is embrace our system, master it, and close the sale. Experience in Home Improvement, Construction, Foundation & Concrete repair is a plus but NOT REQUIRED!
THIS IS A REAL OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE $80,000-$120,000 + PER YEAR as do our current Sales Team Members.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that is hungry, humble, and people smart. This position has a base salary of $42,000 per year plus a commission structure of 6% of the earned total sale and monthly bonus opportunities of $650+. We do provide you with an intensive 4to 6-week PAID training program that will give you all of the tools and resources you need to provide our customers with "WOW" service and close the deal.
(This position is not a 1099. It is a W-4 position)
The ideal candidate must also have strong communication skills which include active listening, follow-up, and closing the sale. You must be proficient working with computer software and be detail oriented, focused, and a team player. Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics and high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first. This candidate will also need to be comfortable entering confined areas like crawl spaces.
