Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience working with individuals with IDD or in a caregiving role preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals. - Calm, patient, and compassionate demeanor in challenging situations. - Basic understanding of medical procedures or willingness to learn and follow protocols. - Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
