Ensure the kitchen and dining room areas are clean at the end of your shift, all dishes are put away, tables and counter tops are cleaned off. Plan and implement activities Maintain residents schedule for your shift. Supervise client medication, charting all incoming medications, coordination with nurse and case manager regarding medication compliance. Behavior documentation Incident reports Communication logs Communicate with co-workers and house managers about concerns or activities completed/need completed throughout the shift Maintain required certifications and training Monitor medical needs of the individual(s) Provide behavioral intervention, as needed Serve as a role model of appropriate behavior and social skills in the home and the community Conduct additional services requested by our consumer or their service team that may improve their quality of life, health and safety Qualifications: Bilingual (Nepali and English) required.
