I didn't mean to start an ad agency in 2002, but proud of how it turned out. I made it by the skin of my teeth into the AAF's Advertising Hall of Achievement ('15), and was named one of the 100 people \'Making Advertising Great\' by the 4A's. I'm passionate about the intersection of media, content & technology, and I live for working with great people. I'm driven to build great companies and make the world a better place. Now, I'm trying to harness the collective power of business and culture to make positive impacts in the world with my amazing team at Kindred. I've been named a \'Media Maven\' by Advertising Age, a \'Young One\' by Adweek, one of Campaign Magazine's \'40 over 40\', one of Business Insider's \'coolest people in tech\', \'Best CEO on Social Media\' by the Shorty Awards, and \'annoying\' by my kids.
