As the Shuttle Bus Driver you will provide transportation services to Residents in a safe, friendly and timely manner so they can live life worry-free. This role will foster positive relationships with Residents, Community Team Members, and stakeholders in the surrounding area.

Responsibilities and Duties:
You will provide safe transport of Residents to appointments and other outings daily.

Perform light maintenance or custodial duties as assigned during non-driving times.

Qualifications:

What will you do?
Support & Execute Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Digital Product Innovation and the AI product teams to execute go-to-market plans for digital and AI products. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams, data scientists, and technical stakeholders to inform product priorities that align with commercial objectives and ensure smooth execution.
Communication & Reporting: Create clear, consistent communication channels with leadership, stakeholders, and product teams to provide updates on go-to-market progress, integration milestones, and adoption trends.
Skills, Qualifications & Key Competencies:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Finance, etc).
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product management, change management, or related roles. Experience within investment banking, capital markets, or corporate strategy is highly advantageous.
Technical Proficiency: Interest or experience in AI/ML technologies and their application to digital solutions. Familiarity with agile methodologies, Jira, and/or other product management tools is a plus.
Problem Solving: Strong aptitude for problem solving and a willingness to learn the nuances of digital product development in financial services.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work seamlessly across technical and business teams.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $160,000 - $225,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.

Required Experience for Shuttle Driver
3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.

Primary Responsibilities for Shuttle Driver
Assist residents getting on and off the bus, utilizing the appropriate and safest mode for assistance. This may include using a lift, ambulation, and/or physical transfer.
Completes bus trip log; Completes required route in a safe and efficient manner; Ability to organize and coordinate their route and route priorities to maintain the most efficient and productive process.
Maintains the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the bus
Fills out daily inspection log at the beginning of each trip and turns in form when completed.

This position entails standing for long periods of time.
