Responsibilities In collaboration with the Executive Director of Human Resources, works to support the Daily tasks will include: Handling HRIS data entry administration as it pertains to hires, terminations, transfers, licensing, promotions, pay increases, etc. Reviewing Personnel Action Forms for completeness and accuracy and resolving discrepancies Pulling reports and performing audits of HRIS system to ensure accuracy in the inputting of data Running and distributing weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, as necessary. Managing performance appraisal process to include updating of next review and next increase dates, pulling reports, and notifying Department Heads of upcoming appraisal due dates, etc. Responsible for tracking employee licensing information and handling renewal notifications Performing salary surveys and compensation analysis. Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of employment records, both in the file room and electronically, to include proper storage, retention, and accuracy. Responsible for the preparation, tracking, maintenance, and periodic audit of all I9 records and work authorizations. Maintaining Employee Referral program. Additional tasks may include: Creating/ Implementing Employee Programs Assisting with Benefits and Leave of Absence administration Promotes positive public relations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Human Resources or Psychology. Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment/Human Resources/Hospitality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems. Excellent planning, organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality / professional discretion.
