● You're a fully-licensed Marriage and Family therapist at a Master's level or above with LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT licensure (accepted on a state by state basis), a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance.

Key Job Duties

Ensure all wiring connections meet quality standards and document work accurately
Confirm that all tools used are properly calibrated
Follow standard wiring procedures and company guidelines
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Participate in monthly quality feedback meetings
Work in accordance with Lean manufacturing methods
Participate in ongoing training and assist with training new team members
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Understanding of proper crimping and stripping methods
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, wire run lists, BOMs, and shop orders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic Windows PC knowledge preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Previous wiring or assembly experience preferred

Qualifications
