Drivers will have a sleeper cab that is governed at 70 mpg and are paid by the mile, $.63, with an average of 2k - 3k miles per week, plus will be eligible for Detention and Layover pay. Will receive a per diem of $40 per overnight stay (taxable) and be eligible for paid time off and holiday pay at the rate of 8 hours per day using the average gross pay of the prior two pay periods. Typically runs from 6pm 4am on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; and on Sunday can start as early as 4pm. Day Backhaul Route Leave from our facility in Lincoln at 4am and drive an empty single trailer to a remote location to pick up product to deliver back to the Lincoln facility. Depending on the through-put for that facility, you may wait 30 minutes to 3 hours before your trailer is loaded and returned. This is an hourly position and you will be on the clock from the time you leave Lincoln to the time you return.
